The driver arrived early and they handled the baggage and passengers with no fuss. The only small bump was that there was confusion about checking in, so we waited for a while because a couple groups were on the bus but had not been logged by the tour operator. The wildlife center was pretty cool! I wish they had a little more information on each animal, especially the ones that had nothing at all specific to the residents, though I get that would maybe take effort away from animal care. I really wish we'd had more than an hour there, though. We got to the tunnel with perfect timing and they drove us right up to the check-in tent so even though it was raining, the experience wasn't bad at all and we stayed pretty comfortable throughout.
Amazing scenic views and up close viewing of Alaskan wildlife at the conservation center. Friendly and courteous bus driver
JC drive good. Me safe. Me happy.
JC was very knowledgeable, entertaining and seemed to really enjoy his job. The ACC was fun to walk through and getting to see the animals up close was very cool.
This was a perfect way to get from Anchorage to the Whittier cruise port while combining a stop at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. JC was a great tour guide, narrating while also driving safely. Funny, entertaining and educational. We especially enjoyed the narration through the iconic Whittier tunnel.
JC was a great driver and tour guide!!! Thanks for a great time. Best way to transfer to Whittier.
Sam was a great guide. The excursion gave you a nice added experience instead of just driving to our cruise ship!
Sam was our guide and made our experience positive & memorable.
Very nice and very scenic. Our driver, Sam, was a great driver and very knowledgeable about the area.
The drive was beautiful, and our driver was knowledgeable, but the sanctuary itself was underwhelming.
