Worst theme park ever

These rides made me very sick and my 3 year old Child almost fell off. He was dangling of the side by his shirt of the roller coaster cart with his 17 year old sister trying to get him back up. The staff is very young one was 19! My daughter was yelling at him to “ turn it off “ he did not listen and i swear he made its faster. I do not with all my heart recommend this for my girls with young kids at all.

Fun times

It’s a fun and exciting experience for the whole family. The rides are amazing and not to over the top with the scare factor.

Disappointing experience due to multiple ride closures – came from France for the coasters

We traveled all the way from France specifically to visit Nickelodeon Universe at American Dream and ride all the roller coasters. We chose March 23, 2026, and purchased 2 All Access Passes (total $151.55). Unfortunately, three coasters were down during our visit. We barely got to experience anything and felt we paid full price for almost nothing. It was very frustrating, especially after such a long trip. We are leaving tomorrow and won’t be able to return. I hope the park improves its maintenance and reliability. For thrill-seekers coming from far away, this kind of situation is really disappointing.

Fun indoor activity with kids. Clean and safe

This was my family’s first time going to America. Dream (10 yo, 8 yo, 3 yo) and we had a great time. It’s an indoor amusement park just outside the biggest city in the USA so go with the expectation that it will be crowded. I found the amusement park to be very clean with all rides in operation the day we went (Dec 29). The only reason for 4 stars was the lack of staff/ride operators. While the lines don’t look long it takes the single ride operators FOREVER to get every rider checked and answer to parents, etc. I timer one ride from the time it stopped to the time it started again with riders. It was 6 min 50 seconds. The inefficiencies was also maddening with the ride operators. Too many times you’d see cars with trains with 1, 2 even 3 empty seats. Feels like they should be empowered to yell out “any singles, any doubles, come up front now” The Paw Patrol Tower was a hit with all 3 kids. Really fun and fast slides. Got our picture taken with Marshall which is all my 3 yo will talk about. Advice: arrive right at 10am when it opens. It picks up by noon and is slammed by 2-3pm I’m going to go back.

The park is nice, but it...

The park is nice, but it doesn't have enough rides for young children. I think it's more for teenagers aged 15 and up because most of the rides are quite extreme, I would say. But it was okay. I recommend only buying the cheapest 4-hour pass because I covered the entire park in 3 hours and had nothing else to do. I wasted a lot of money because I didn't know this, and several rides were closed.

Not a good experience at Nickelodeon

Our recent visit to the American Dream was deeply concerning due to a frightening experience. One of the rides stalled in the middle of the track, which left my wife, our friends, and me shaken. While we are incredibly grateful no one was physically hurt, the potential for a serious accident was terrifying. To add to our frustration, one of the supporting staff informed us that a refund would be issued, but that still has not happened. Overall, we are very disappointed with both the safety experience and the lack of follow-up on the promised refund.

Great family fun

We had a great time. It was 2 adults and 2 children (10 and 1.5yrs). We arrived at noon and stayed until 5pm. There was a very small crowd, we were able to ride every single ride MULTIPLE times. My oldest rode the purple ride Atleast 6 times with no wait time. The facilities were clean and staff was nice. My youngest was able to play in the paw patrol play area and ride a couple rides toward the front of the park. We def got our moneys worth. It was worth going during the slow season.

Larger than life...

Our family had an unforgettable experience at American Dream, and it was thanks to two incredible team members who went above and beyond to make our visit truly special. First, a huge thank you to Keesha Colello, Director of Group Sales. She went out of her way to give us exclusive VIP access to the Dream Wheel, LEGOLAND Discovery Center, and the popular Blast attraction. What stood out most was that she didn’t just arrange everything—she even took time out of her own schedule to join us for the experience, which made it all the more memorable. Beyond her professionalism, she’s one of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet. On top of that she arranged dinner reservations and even took care of our parking needs. The leadership team at American Dream is truly lucky to have someone like her representing them. You know your someone special when your own child asks if "the pretty American Dream director can come home with us." We also want to recognize Anthony Diambrosio, Manager of Guest Engagement, who took the time to personally tour us through different areas of the mall, including Big SNOW and the Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park. He made our anniversary extra special by arranging for it to be showcased as an animated banner as we entered the park—a moment we’ll never forget. On top of that, he provided us with tickets for a fun-filled day at Nickelodeon Universe and even arranged a private meeting for our son with Geoffrey the Giraffe at Toys“R”Us. He, too, has a winning personality and seemingly fits right into all things entertainment at this larger than life facility. Between Keesha and Anthony, our three-day visit was nothing short of magical. They helped make our anniversary extra special and create lifelong memories for me, my wife, and our six-year-old son. Their dedication, warmth, and attention to detail embody the very best of hospitality. If you’re looking for a destination that combines world-class attractions with staff who truly care about making your visit unforgettable, American Dream is the place to go.
