I usually don’t write bad reviews but this tour was awful. First off you’re crammed on a bus for almost 18 hours and I mean crammed with chairs in my knees. If you’re going to cram people get a more comfortable bus! And a tour that lasts from 6:15am to past 11pm with most of it on a bus is a little excessive. Be upfront and honest about the time you’re on the bus. The other thing is they proceed to tell you that the bus is punctual and you need to be also. It was 20 mins late. They also tell people to arrive at such and such time or they will leave without you. Nope they wait and wait and wait for the stragglers which also added to the excessive time block of this tour. Yes they give you a small snack in the morning and lunch around 1pm and then after that nothing but you buying snacks from gift shops or bring your own. And the buffet only allows one drink, so you thirsty for water, bring a bottle. Remember it’s literally an 18 hour time frame you are gone from your hotel. The tour was spoken 90% Spanish and I am not sure if this is a one off since most of the people on the tour were from Spain but those of us who speak English were kind of left in the dark on everything from the history to where to go for tour stuff. Was really off putting as it seemed like we were kind of an inconvenience. Finally at Chichen Itza we stood around in the heat for 40 mins whilst the tour guide tried to figure out where the tickets were. When we were finally inside, the tour guide wanted us to participate in the “English” tour…pass! we walked off and did our own thing and used ChatGPT as our tour guide The vendors are relentless but that is usually expected of anywhere in Mexico…just ignore and move on. And after Chichen itza most people are hot and tired but we have to stop for a tequila shot? Which added again to the 18 hour extension I’m just horribly disappointed in this tour, the time frame is excessive don’t claim “12-15 hours” when in reality it’s closer to 18 or provide a more comfortable bus, maybe also suggest people bring water and snacks…doesn’t matter I won’t ever book this company nor recommend it
The cenotes were beautiful and the pyramid were breath taking!our tour guy was named Christian was very helpful and knowledgeable!
