We had a wonderful tour with our driver/guide Luigi. It was the perfect day trip to visit Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. Luigi was very professional and timely. He made several stops along the route for us to see beautiful views and photo stops on the coast. We were dropped off at convenient locations to allow us to tour and shop on our own. I would 100% recommend this tour if you are looking to great cruise ship excursion out of Naples.
Our guide Geppi was excellent, friendly and fun, explaining whatever we saw and answered all of our questions. Our driver GiovanniP made us feel comfortable and safe in the traffic and heavy rain we encountered on our way. Thank you both for a wonderful day.

I would like to leave a special compliment to our driver and especially to the guide Carmela, who were simply sensational during the tour of Positano, Amalfi and Sorrento. Carmela is extremely lively, friendly and very professional. Besides speaking two languages, she explained everything with great clarity and enthusiasm, sharing various information about the history of the cities along the route, which made the trip even more interesting. She was always available to help us, answer our questions and make sure everyone was well during the tour. Even before the tour, contacted via WhatsApp to confirm all the details, demonstrating a lot of organization and attention with the passengers. The driver was also excellent, driving with a lot of safety and tranquility, which made all the difference on the roads of the Amalfi Coast. It was an incredible experience, very well organized and pleasant from beginning to end. I recommend without a doubt and give 5 stars to both Carmela and the driver!

I recently took a tour with World Tours in Italy, guided by Emiliano. While he was knowledgeable and explained a lot in Italian, his English was extremely weak. He only spoke about 30 seconds in English, often using a microphone, but it was hard to understand due to many mistakes. He mainly just ensured we stayed on time and managed pickups, but he never really connected with us as clients. I strongly advise World Tours to assign English-speaking guides for groups like ours, so that the entire group can fully engage with the tour.”
