I had a very bad experience with Alba Tours Egypt and would not recommend their services. My booking was confirmed in advance, and I had already been in contact with them via WhatsApp using two different phone numbers. They clearly confirmed both my reservation and the pickup details. However, just hours before the scheduled tour, they suddenly cancelled my booking claiming they were unable to reach me. This explanation is simply not true. They already had my contact details on WhatsApp, where we had previously communicated without any issue. After receiving the cancellation, I tried contacting them multiple times by phone and WhatsApp using the same numbers they used before, but I received no response at all. In my opinion, this feels like a last-minute cancellation because they did not have enough travelers to operate the tour, and they used this as an excuse instead of being honest with customers. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable, especially when it leaves customers without alternatives at the last minute. I strongly advise other travelers to be careful when booking with this company.
