I would highly recommend this tour. We met at the fisherman’s wharf sign when we were greeted by Laura our tour guide. She was very bubbly and asked where we were from. She was down to earth and friendly. If Laura didn’t know the answer to a question she was quick to find the answer. To my surprise this was a small group tour. There were about 11 people of various group sizes in our tour. I liked the smaller group aspect as it was easy to ask questions and seemed more personal. As was advertised it’s an open van tour. The van had a roof but open sides making it easy to look around and take pictures. We stopped a few times and Laura was always willing to take pictures of the various groups. Overall we had a great time viewing San Francisco’s landmarks.
Laura does a great job making the tour feel personal and easygoing, and that’s exactly why we keep our groups small. We’re glad you enjoyed the open-air van, the photo stops, and getting a local look at San Francisco. Thanks for spending the day with Dylan’s Tours!

We did the 90 minute Lombard’s Leap tour with Trevor and all had a great time. Good information provided regarding pick up and everything ran to plan. Trevor was very informative and we got to do a lot in a short period of time. He really went out of his way to ensure we had the best experience. While Patrick our tour driver was interesting and informative we were very disappointed when picking up our tickets at the will call window for the 12:30 Alcatraz portion of our tour - only 2 tickets were reserved for our family of 3! My husband graciously offered to stay behind but we were all disappointed. Alcatraz was sold out for the rest of the day so there was no option of rescheduling. Beware- and check your emailed tickets carefully!!!! We hope the company willl reimburse us for the mistake and inconvenience .
