Here's a pleasant experience
Very good experience, staff were very helpful. We booked two quads but I forgot my licence. They were kind enough to let us swap to a buggy, otherwise I would have missed out. The guide was very friendly
Enjoyable trip through the countryside - mix of off-road, back streets, refreshment break near an old castle. Quads in good condition.
Lots of fun! Guides were kind and friendly. The route was safe but fun! Views from the castle were beautiful.
So much fun. The quad is more difficult to drive than it looks. Best part was driving through the river. It was worth it
Very nice ride with stunning places! A must-do The only downside was the organization; we were offered to reschedule twice on the same day due to a lack of participants, even though there were ultimately enough people for the outing.
Horrible, reception in a junkyard ,no hygiene ,toilets without lock ,dogs in a small concrete space filled with excrement in full sun, ricket cats!the animals really made me feel bad ,walk 1h30 we remove on it 20 m of preparation minimum helmet ,paper ...,plus 10 minutes break .walk in landscapes very limit (waste)! Very brief explanations in Middle English .... 100th bail saved for shit without any scratching of the quad bike very bad time I would not have understood the instructions because I have not been to school enough to understand English ,limit to wondering if it is not racism . Conclusion is definitely not going.
Unwelcoming staff! Don't speak French! The quad was not damaged my husband made an involuntary slip they kept the deposit of 100th! No way to discuss...really abused The guide took us from above telling us that we had to learn better at school l English .... the walk was to last 1h30 it lasted 1h because 10 minutes break and 20 minutes helmet and explanation of instructions in English! We speak English but little! To flee!!!! To flee!!!
Great weather, great tour, was fun, the bandanas are mandatory unless you love to breathe dust because ma is already crisp on the gravel/dust/which is why on the way. Partially pieces on the road and there you drive quite fast. You see beautiful corners of Portugal and the Algarve without tourists that you would never drive by car or even so long.
Tour did not go ahead!! We turned up to the tour 15 minutes before the booked slot and were told it was too late for us to join the group even though this wasn’t stated in the terms and conditions. Another 2 families arrived after us and were told the same thing. 20 people were charged for the trip and were not allowed to participate. TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT BOOK
Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify that the check-in time for your tour was from 11:15 to 11:45, as clearly stated during the booking process. This time window is essential to complete registration, safety briefing, and vehicle instructions before the tour departs. You arrived at 11:55, which is after the check-in had already closed and the group preparation had been completed. At that stage, it is not possible to add late arrivals without delaying the entire tour and negatively affecting all other participants. While we understand this may be frustrating, the procedures are in place to ensure safety, fairness, and that tours run on time for everyone. The statement that this was a “scam” or that customers were charged “without being allowed to participate” is not accurate. Late arrival is considered a no-show, as per our policy, which applies equally to all guests.
