Great, but I didn’t expect to go on the road. I would have preferred to take dirt paths or go in the water.
i wish i could give this experience zero stars. basically what happened is we arrived for our tour five minutes before the start time. the guy closed the gate on us and told us we have to come back for the next tour. i called the woman in charge of the tour agency. she tells me "okay that's fine. you could come back for the next tour when we get there." she says "no it's not okay. you have to pay a 50% rebooking fee and we were forced to pay another 50% of our tour fee." for the next store we started approximately 15 minutes late. there was plenty of time that they could have put us on the first store. they're using this simply as a way to generate additional revenue. is extremely unethical. the actual guy who guided us on the atvs was actually pretty nice though.
Pretty good - we only booked for 1 and a half hours but we were talked into doing 3 hours for an extra £40 as they would have had to come back especially for us - feel 1 and a half hour’s would have been better and plenty enough time as the last 2 stops weren’t great as one was at a old castle that you could not get in only just walk around the outside of it and next a tiny cafe with no air conditioning and no running water in the toilets to keep wash your hands or cool down
Super nice experience, friendly and good English speaking people. It's worth repeating.
Warning to all tourists: do not book this activity. The operator does not honour their own check-in times. Their rules explicitly state last check-in is 15 minutes before the start time, but I arrived before that cut-off and found the gates completely locked up and the site abandoned. They shut down early, pocketed my £86, and Viator is now refusing to refund the money because the operator won't "approve" it. Complete lack of professionalism and a total waste of money. Book a different tour where the hosts actually show up.
It gets very dusty so dont wear decent clothes. But its great fun. We had an amazing time as a family.
Terrible experience. The activity was scheduled to start at 5:30 PM. We arrived at 5:20 PM and were immediately turned away. We were treated very disrespectfully by the staff—they were rude, waved their hands in our faces, and showed no professionalism whatsoever. In the end, we received no refund, and they even claimed that we were the ones being disrespectful. The next day we returned to the location and spoke to several other people who had experienced exactly the same treatment. I would never book this activity again.
Showed ip 45 minutes early with license. NO problems. Other folks didn’t…and had to reschedule their trip. They sell bandanas. You’ll want to buy or bring your own. Ride was fun. Some good turns and rough terrain. Bring clothes that you don’t mind getting real dusty. I’d do again.
Lamentable. Cold welcome and borderline rude. Rigid and unpleasant briefing = no deviations, strict distance between buggies of 3 to 5 meters; if less, they take the €150 deposit from the entire group... so if you are a group of 6 buggies = €150 x 6. During the course, there were no explanations about our environment (fauna, flora); 70% of the route was on the road, so there was no point in renting a buggy... At the halfway break, the guide just sat next to their quad under a tree without saying a word, and we... well, nothing. The return trip was identical to the outbound trip, so there was no point. In short, €100 for a 1.5-hour buggy ride that ultimately lasted 1 hour and 10 minutes, where we spent more time on the road than on the track = really not fun. We did a 4x4 circuit the next day with another provider for €40 per person, and that was just exceptional, nothing like this buggy circuit, which is, to conclude, LAMENTABLE.
Everything was perfect; we had a great time. An experience that meets expectations for a reasonable price. The staff is very pleasant. A big thank you.
