I’ve never had a problem with Viator before. I paid $40 for Meet & Greet at NBO airport. There was no person with my name on a sign as promised. I had a ticket. I want a refund.

Outstanding service. Nairobi airport customs clearance and terminal transfers are not as easy as one might expect. Express line at customs. Terminal transfer is outside, over rough pavement. Waited for us until departure check in opened and escorted us through security and all the way to the departure lounge. Don't even consider trying this yourself.
