Nice little museum. The visit can take you 1 hour or 4 hours depending on your interest in the D-Day events...
What a fantastically beautiful and extensive museum. You can investigate things more closely with an IPad and you will learn so much. The nice thing about this museum was that it consists of 5 spaces. I have visited many museums as part of D-day. This was the most beautiful!!
Impressive museum with a unique collection. Told the whole story of the Paratroopers and the Gliders. Very rewarding! In my memory you could also look in the C-47 aircraft present, unfortunately that is not (anymore) true. Looking from the outside, as a “fan” I thought that was a pity.
Fantastic museum and a very immersive experience. Highly recommended
Excellent museum very interactive and interesting; it is immersive; the objects and history presented are of a high quality; the reproductions are perfect it is very engaging. Very attractive price and very nice shop
The museum is very interesting and very nice. The perfect decorations Very good time
Beautiful museum with its histopad (a plus especially for children and teenagers with a relic heist and a certificate in the key) retracing this part of the history of the Second World War seen from the angle of airborne forces and in particular valiant paratroopers. Easily count 3 hours to do the museum well (which sometimes gets a little long for children anyway)
Any approach to misfortunes as colossal as World War II risks the desolate or the strictly academic. This museum is neither. The story is told in detail, but without resorting to two hundred thousand labels to explain the different types of hand grenades there were or the fifty parts of them. The story is told gradually, appealing to the curiosity of the viewer to know. In fact, it was short for me and I am passionate about this conflict. Oh, great.
Very interesting museum. Visit made with teen and kids, they loved it. I specify that they are children who love history 😉. Museum easy to access. We did not wait too long at the entrance.
I recommend this activity that is both informative, educational and interactive for the pleasure of the whole family. It counts more than two hours if you really want to read and watch
