Pickup Locations & Times
The driver will pick you up from your Inn in Marrakech or from the nearest car park to your Riad in the Medina at the agreed time. If you have any problems, please send us an email or call us at the numbers displayed on the contact details. Round-trip transfer to our Check-out Base is included in the Award for downtown accommodation. HOWEVER, for hotels and guest houses located outside the city, a transportation surcharge may apply, which will be determined based on the exact location of the pick-up location. Our teams will inform you of the possible amount, transparently.

A FUÏRE!!!! We were early at the meeting point and we waited 45 minutes for the carrier who never arrived... While the 2h family quad trip set at 4.30pm had been booked and validated several days in advance. What a lack of seriousness and professionalism, it is a SHAME!!! As a result, an evening wasted and the end of the holiday ruined because the return flight was scheduled the next day. The children, like the parents, were very disappointed. Bitter taste for the end of the stay in front of such contempt for the customer. A 0 rating is not possible but would be justified. This company is to flee if you do not want to waste your time.

Si vous aviez essayé de nous joindre au moment du transfert, nous aurions immédiatement pu envoyer un autre chauffeur pour vous récupérer et rattraper cette erreur surtout que c’etait votre dernier jour à Marrakech. Sachez que nous sommes une société sérieuse, avec de nombreux retours positifs de la part de nos clients, qui sont généralement ravis de la qualité de nos prestations et notre sens du service. Cet oubli est exceptionnel et ne reflète en rien notre manière habituelle de travailler. Top! Go ahead without hesitation! We were at the club med, the club med excursions are overpriced, we started looking for alternatives on the internet..with lots of aprioirs..but we had a great experience with Mohamed and his team and our guide Abdou. The driver picked us up from the hotel directly, the experience on site at the top, in the desert, break the in a too cute cafe and back on time. By the way, the real scams are at the club med with 50-60% margin on the prices of local companies.. in short, experience when with my children successful, everyone is delighted!
We went quad biking in the Agafay desert with family, it was our first time, let yourself be guided by Karim's professionalism and his kindness. Not to mention his photography skills 😉. A big THANK YOU to him for the beautiful photos..... Very nice experience.
We had a wonderful half day quad trip with Abdu on a Agafay desert and next to Lalla Takerkoust! Everything was perfect, we had beautiful photos, full professionalism but also super friendly atmosphere :) I highly recommend this!
So really go for it!! Eyes closed! The best experience Guides it to the top the beautiful setting. We did the quad the day before in the palm grove and really have nothing! I recommend 1000% this one!

We had such an amazing driver named Mehdi who gave us 10/10 service and made our journey going and coming the best.. what a vibe he really was! We also had a quad instructor who guided us throughout the course and even took amazing good quality photos! Fully recommend
