The Burj Khalifa is not just a tall building but it is also a free-standing building and it is truly unique. The 124th floor will have telescopes, which can be used to view any building around the city. You will also have access to the deck on the 125th floor which has Arabic Mashrabiya that allows you to access a brilliant view of the city below. You can get to see the skyline, The Marina, Palm Jumeirah, and the Burj Arab from here. Do keep your camera ready to take some fabulous pictures

Best expirence I can every get, I was wondering to book ticket, but I met ayub shaikh at city season tower, who arranged tickets in few minutes it was smooth and I didn't had to wait in ticketing line

I love the way Ayub customised the tour for us keeping in mind the time limitations And he ensure to take open ticket for Burj Khalifa to ensure we aren't rushed from Global village. Hello also organised a round trip cab and Assad the cab driver was awesome. He kept us entertained with stories of Dubai and the amusing facts behind Dubai's vehicle number plate . Do not book with this company!!! Be very careful when dealing with deceitful business tactic this company uses. I purchased tickets for Burj Khalifa 124th/125th view well in advance with them and they sent me recycled already used ticket so I was not allowed to enter and had to wait in a long line to re-purchase tickets. Trying to resolve any customer service issues with Mayra tours is like pulling teeth.

Horrible wait and the elevators almost empty, if you want to waste your time it's your scam, not a bank to sit on, don't do it

Burj Khalifa The start is in the Dubai Mall. Selected a slot around 11 am. bad choice. There is a series of queues that resulted in a wait of around 1.5 hours. That is the reason for the rating. The views are amazing and in the end was worth the wait.
