Amazing!! Anni was a wealth of knowledge! She was a prefect guide to a world we learn so much more about. Would do this again!’
Mr. Stelios shared his impressively deep knowledge of Greek history, archeology, art and politics in an engaging and fun manner. Facts and figures were always interwoven with an insightful narrative that brought the history of the sites we visited to life. We were promised a 4 hour tour of the Acropolis and its museum, but were treated to nearly five hours. Extremely pleased.
Our guide was a great teacher. So glad we planned for late afternoon and missed most of the crowds. The museum was very quite. Our dinner was included and was fair. The wine was delicious after a long hike up and down the Acropolis.
Anastasia was wonderful Pleasant new her history and fun. Would recommend. saved waiting in long lines
Giota was very knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. She showed us Athens in the most genuine way. I would recommend anyone seeking an amazing experience of Athens with this tour.
Our guide Helena (sp) was great! You learn so much more with a guide. We really enjoyed the tour. The dinner was fine but was stated as a restaurant for dinner with view of Parthenon at end of tour. The roof patio of the restaurant we were brought do did not face the Acropolis. Unless there was a second roof patio and they sat us wrong, this tour description is inaccurate and we would not have bought with the dinner based on what we got. Grateful for a great tour with our guide
Fantastic tour! My guide was knowledgeable and I learned so much. The places to see, stop and learn were amazing. The museum is beautiful and loved the lunch! I would do this tour again.
Our tour guide Hermes was amazing, he was very personable and his expertise was beyond compare. He met us at our hotel which allowed us to walk the streets getting a brief history lesson before reaching the Acropolis. We had a wonderful lunch after at a rooftop restaurant, it was included with the tour. Worth the cost!
Dear Chuck, Thank you for your kind words. I really appreciate it! We are really glad you had a memorable experience and also enjoyed your lunch. We hope to see you again back in Athens! Best Regards, Hermes
Our tour guide, Grigoriou, was outstanding. His knowledge of history was extensive and he took the time to explain so many details about what we were seeing. He purposely started with the Museum so he could familiarize us with the authentic pieces of the monuments that were on display before we saw the replicas on the Acropolis. He stopped along the way up to the Acropolis to tell us once again what the historical importance was about everything we saw, and ensured he did so under the shade of trees to shield us from the heat. We ended the tour with a delicious 6 course meal that featured dishes from all over Greece (and a delicious glass of wine). A great tour!
