Great at your own pace and very quick to get in and explore without waiting—we started around 11am so good timing before it became very congested.

This museum is a must. The audio tour/guide was spectacular. I suggest selecting the entire audio tour and then skipping to the audio spots you are interested in. It was difficult to find some of the exhibits on the shortened tours. Don’t miss out on the ground floor excavation site!

An epic museum in an epic setting with great facilities. We had large bags and flowing through security and into the store was seamless. Giving us free hands to explore and learn. Tickets came through instantly and all went to plan.

The Museum is essential to the understanding of the entire Acropolis visit and experience. You should try to do the Museum before the Acropolis if possible. Either way it is essential to do both to fully appreciate this place.

Beautiful museum with descriptions on each item explaining what we were viewing. Also excellent food in the museum restaurant.

Only received voucher never received tickets did not get the PDF and was not able to get into the museum. If I am missing something, please let me know. Otherwise, this process is the only process in our 16 day trip that has given me problems. Finding the tickets or the PDF should not be difficult, I never found it in my email text or app.

It was a lovely time. I am a history teacher and appreciated many aspects of the museum. I especially enjoyed the excavation site and the movies provided. I chose not to use the audio guide that was provided because I was going at things in a different way; however, there were many people using the audio guide as well as several groups with live guides. The museum is well laid out as well as beautiful and I love how “open” many of the artifacts were which made for great photographs.

"Skip the line" ticket was a waste of time and money. After repeated contacts (text and phone calls) to Viator the guard finally just let me in without a ticket explaining that "third party vendors" resell tickets to multiple people.

I arranged for Audio but there was nobody there at the Museum to install or give instructions how to "handle" it. The museum by itself is nicely equipped with great expositions but without proper guide you havd to be an "Acropogist" to follow and know the facts behind all the objects, sculptures and building sections. Truly disappointed for uncomplete tour experience. You should give timely thorough instructions for digital guide usage in order to truly make this tour worthwhile.
