Abu Simble Day Tour From Cairo

Great experience from start to finish. Our driver Karim did a great job on such a long journey. Our guide Magdy was brilliant, during the last hour of the journey to Abu Simbel he explained the history of the temples, about their relocation, various paintings and things we should look out for as he was not able to accompany us into the temples. So glad he did this in the comfort of the air conditioned car rather than in the 40+degrees heat of the desert where there was little shade. Lovely lunch of fresh fish, rice and salad before our long return to Aswan. Would we recommend this trip with Madgy? I like so!!

We had an amazing time, truly unforgettable. Our guide was was Samir Gaber, he is an amazing guide, very knowledgeable and super helpful. I will recommend this tour to all my family and friends. It was a perfect day. Thank you very much to our driver and guide. We will remember this day for the rest of our lives.

This time, only two people came from Cairo for the tour, so it was almost a private tour. Flights were rescheduled last minute, but I enjoyed it more than enough until then. The Temple of Absimbel was also very moving, but I'm glad the Guide explained it very clearly. We were also given a tour of the city of Aswan and were very happy to buy delicious coconut juice and lots of spices. If you are not sure how to get to Abu Simbel Temple, consider this tour. I think the tour is absolutely satisfying more than the price. We are so excited to see him again who Guided us.

Great tour. Driver picked us up on time and got us there win 3.25 hours with a stop for toilet / coffee. Had two hours strolling around the temples before returning for 3.15pm. Would recommend 10/10

We flew from Cairo to Aswan and were met by our guide Emad Aiad and driver Ahmed. We felt that we were in very good hands, from the driving to the extensive knowledge we were given on the way to Abu Simbel. Lunch was delicious, and the stops in Aswan to visit essence and spice shops all enhanced the experience. It was a long day, ending with the flight back to Cairo, but everything went smoothly and anyone who is in Cairo and wants a day trip to Abu Simbel should definitely consider this tour.

Our guide, Samir, was wonderful! The trip was very smooth and he was very informative. He provided a lot of information, answered all of our questions, acted as our private photographer for the day, and went above and beyond to make sure we were fed and comfortable. We loved him so much that we scheduled a second day of sightseeing with him the following day to see more of the sights around Aswan. He planned an amazing day of seeing the sights with a mixture of boat and car transportation. Overall a really great experience!!! The temples were incredible and we got there at the perfect times so we had them almost to ourselves. Highly recommend!

Abu Simbel day tour from Aswan with Emo Tours. I escorted 7 ladies in Egypt and I hired Emo Tours for a private vehicle and tour guide from Aswan to Abu Simbel. Our guide was Samir and he filled the 3 hours there and back that the group dreaded and almost elected not to go because of the travel time but Samir made the time vanish with his explanation on what we would see and other information about Egypt and some singing. Since guides are not allowed into the monument he provided us with a map and as we drove he explained about all the highlights to look out for when inside. He made sure any explanation at the site was not held in the open sun. His English was great and he was full of humor. The vehicle was modern and the 2 drivers provided for the trip was great as we did not worry about a driver being overtired. Emo Tours office was prompt in replying to my questions. I would hire Emo TOurs and Samir as the guide for any future clients hands down.

I went with them to Abu Simbel...all excellent.....punctuality first and foremost, the most important.....on time, as planned.....even though on my general tour things changed at the last minute.....EMOTOURS....coupled to my need without any news...highly recommended

This was a great day trip from Cairo. All transfers to and from airport were smooth. We were met by our tour guide Samir at the Aswan airport and he and his driver took us to Abu Simbel. On the way he told us a lot about the history of the temple and Egyptian history in general. It made the three hour trip there going by fast. Once we arrived to the temple we pretty much had the temple all for ourselves. Had a great time and highly recommend this tour. You won't regret it.

The Temples at Abu Simbel are beautiful and I had a wonderful time. My tour guide was Walid Maadawy, he was great. Walid was very professional and answered all of my questions about different things about Egypt.
