Abu Dhabi City Tour, Ferrari World, Grand Mosque Visit from Dubai

We had a fantastic experience on this Abu Dhabi tour! The pick-up was smooth and right on time. Our guide Mr. Hamza was absolutely amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the whole group comfortable throughout the day. Ferrari World was the highlight, with plenty of exciting attractions to enjoy. The visit to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was equally breathtaking, and the guide explained everything beautifully, making the experience even more special. Overall, it was a well-organized and memorable day trip. Highly recommended!

This trip was just such a huge let down. This was a day trip during our holiday in Dubai. We stayed on the palm and we had to be picked up and dropped off from a metro station as they would not pick us up. We were aware of this but they would not confirm the place or time until after 8pm the day before. The main attraction for us was the trip to Ferrari World, but due to an unplanned, hour and a half, stop at a temple on the way, we did not get there until nearly 1pm. The rides are regularly closed for maintenance from 2pm so this added on extra queuing time for us, which was a shame as we even used the virtual queuing system to avoid wasted time. We then went to the ‘date market,’ which was just a shop on an industrial estate. The dates were the mass produced kind you can buy in any shop, and the spices were the same you see in the shops in Dubai. We got to the corniche after sunset so missed opportunities for nice photos, and the view was underwhelming, to put it mildly. We then visited the mosque, where some women on our tour were told to buy suitable clothing from a shop in the adjoining mall when the guide said their sleeves did not sufficiently cover their wrists. For reference, we also visited a mosque on a tour of Dubai and were lent suitable clothing with no expectation to pay for anything. The tour guide, Hamza, was not very informative, offering nearly no information about any of the sites. He text me to say the group were only waiting for me and my husband, however, we were walking back to the van with 3 other members of the group at that time. At the mosque, I let him know that I was not happy with the timings of the day and he started to argue with me, telling me the day was ‘running perfectly,’ even though we arrived at the mosque at around 8pm. The van was also not suitable for the tour. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly and it was so hot and uncomfortable by the middle of the day. My husband and I were the last people to be picked up at the beginning of the day and we had the last 2 seats at the back of the bus, with no space for my handbag other than on my lap. From pick up to drop off, the trip took around 12.5 hours, which was much longer than expected. I would not recommend this trip to anyone and am disappointed that I spent so much money, and one day of our holiday, on this trip.

Really enjoyed the Tour. The team who prepared the package and executed did very well. The assistance and service were delivered more than they offered.. I strongly suggest this company for anyone who looking for perfect well-planned Dubai trip.
