Great experience - thanks Arun!

Arum was an excellent storyteller. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job with the pace too (not rushed, but kept it on track). I appreciated him sharing his own experience, living in NYC when the 9/11 tragedy occurred. Would definitely recommend!

Our tour guide was...

Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a good job throughout the tour. However, I don’t feel this tour was worth the cost. The 9/11 Memorial and Museum are very well organized, and most visitors can easily explore them on their own. While the guide provided some additional information, it did not add enough value to justify the extra expense. If you’re comfortable visiting independently, I would recommend saving your money and doing a self-guided visit instead.

Operator response

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear that you found your guide friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging throughout the tour. We would like to clarify that the experience you booked included both our guided tour and admission to One World Observatory. Visit to One World Observatory or 9/11 Museum is not free. While visitors can certainly purchase Observatory and Museum tickets separately and explore on their own, this package is designed for those who would like the added context, stories, and historical insights provided by a professional guide before continuing their visit independently. The guided portion of the experience is what our tour guide delivers, and we're pleased to hear that this aspect met your expectations. The remainder of the package consists of the included One World Observatory admission, which can also offer savings compared to purchasing each component separately. We understand that different travelers place different value on guided experiences versus self-guided visits, and we appreciate your perspective. Thank you again for joining us and for taking the time to share your feedback.
