Your tour begins at the corner of Warren Street and Broadway, near City Hall Subway Station (R & W lines). Your guide will introduce the history of the area and set the stage for your journey through Ground Zero.
See the historic St. Paul’s Chapel, which served as a refuge for first responders after 9/11. Your guide will explain its vital role in the aftermath and how it became a place of healing and support.
Visit FDNY 10 House, home to the firefighters who were among the first to respond to the attacks. See the 9/11 Memorial Wall, honoring the fallen firefighters who sacrificed their lives.
See the striking design of the Oculus, a transportation hub and shopping center that symbolizes rebirth of the World Trade Center. Learn how it was built to replace the destroyed PATH station and its deeper significance in the city's recovery.
See and stand beneath One World Trade Center (Freedom Tower) and hear about its construction, design, and symbolism as the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere.
Pay tribute at the twin reflecting pools, located in the footprints of the Twin Towers. Your guide will share the history of the memorial, its design, and the significance of the inscribed names.

Arum was an excellent storyteller. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job with the pace too (not rushed, but kept it on track). I appreciated him sharing his own experience, living in NYC when the 9/11 tragedy occurred. Would definitely recommend!

Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a good job throughout the tour. However, I don’t feel this tour was worth the cost. The 9/11 Memorial and Museum are very well organized, and most visitors can easily explore them on their own. While the guide provided some additional information, it did not add enough value to justify the extra expense. If you’re comfortable visiting independently, I would recommend saving your money and doing a self-guided visit instead.
