Very well done

Buy tickets online before you go so you dont have to wait in long line. We didn’t do this until we got there and saw the line. I got on my phone and ordered and walked passed all the people in line for tickets. Take the tour with guide option. We were in a group of about 20 and the guide was very passionate and knowledgeable.

We will always remember!

We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the North and South Tower pools and the 9-11 Museum. It was a bittersweet experience. Having watched the tragedy of that day on TV, it was very surreal for me and very educating fir my 20 yr old daughter.

9/11 museum

A very moving and intense history of 9/11. As a history nerd, I found it fascinating and informative. Leave 3-4 hours for the visit.

What an impressive museum.

If you are in New York then a visit to the 9-11 museum is definitely worth it. It's very impressive. Sometimes the shivers run down your spine. That people can do something like that to each other just for faith. You'll be forced to face the facts again. If you are going to visit the museum, you should take plenty of time. There is so much to see and hear.

Schedule an early admission into the museum. Becomes very busy later in the afternoon. Visit the South Tower memorial first before the North Tower exhibition area.
