I booked a "247 Airport Transfer" to commute between two hotels when I went to London with my family for a holiday. While we were waiting for the transfer with all of our luggage outside the hotel, a message came from 247 that the driver crashed his van. I was asked if we would like to wait for the next car. We were left with no options due to the amount of luggage we had with us. Then it came after 1 hour and 30mins and the van was not big enough to accommodate us even though I had booked for the correct size online. We were cramped in this uncomfortable van for an hour during the journey and the driver did not even bother to help with our luggage other than packing them at the back. We had a few transfers for the rest of our holidays but decided to book with another company after this incident.

I got specifically what i requested, which was clean Benz V-class (no smells). Driver was very nice, even gave me a mini-tour of Kensington. I also like that they have an app.
