8-Day Private Tour Cairo, Aswan, Luxor & Nile Cruise

I am writing this to warn other travelers about my recent experience with Ramasside Tours. Based on my time with them, I found their business practices to be highly unprofessional and intentionally misleading. The company did not deliver on the itinerary and services that were promised at the time of booking. Specifically, I encountered the following deceptive practices: Hidden Charges: They demanded unexpected extra cash payments on the spot for services and tickets. Missed Sites: They skipped major attractions on my itinerary without notice or explanation. Bait-and-Switch: They provided lower-quality vehicles and accommodations than what I paid for. No Refunds: They completely refused to refund my money for prepaid services that they canceled. A reputable tour operator should offer transparency, safety, and reliable customer service. Unfortunately, Ramasside Tours failed on all fronts, and the entire experience felt like a financial scam. I strongly advise looking for an alternative, trustworthy operator for your trip to Egypt to avoid losing your money and ruining your vacation.

We did a 15 night trip to Egypt that was flawlessly put together by Nada at Ramasside Tours. We toured Cairo, Giza, Luxor, Aswan, and Alexandria privately with a driver and a guide everyday. All of our guides were Egyptologists. Nada setup everything including all hotels, travel, tours, and transportation for the entire trip. We could not be more delighted. We arrived in Egypt on March 5, 2026 and left on March 20, 2026. It was a truly amazing experience and it was a dream of mine to come to Egypt from the 1st time I read about the Pyramids when I was in Elementary school. Definitely use Ramasside tours and ask for Nada. We were delighted and impressed.

Haitham Masoud of Ramasside Tours did a great job for our private tour with four persons. A van and a guide were always available at our hotel to take us to different places. The timing was flexible and completely depended on us. They even provided a tour guide who traveled with us on the Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor and arranged everything for us. We are really happy we booked our tour with Ramasside Tours. We will recommend them highly to our friends.
