My son and I booked a 7 day tour of Egypt, including a Nile cruise, museums, temples, hot air ballooning in Luxor, and touring the Great Pyramids. It was an amazing experience and even though I booked to the tour primarily using Whatsapp, my tour agent, Adballa, kept me informed every step of the way, and I felt confident in the tour operation. When Swiss Air temporarily lost my son's luggage, our driver Said, took us shopping at the Egypt Mall and showed him where he could purchase clothing and shoes for a reasonable price. Our private guides, Abdalla and Ahmed, were extremely knowledgeable and they delivered on an incredible experience. It was truly a trip of a lifetime!
