GoEUGo Tour (June 15–21, 2025) – Concerns About Rude Bus Driver

Overall, the tour had its enjoyable moments, but the experience was significantly marred by the unprofessional and rude behavior of our bus driver, Lee. 1. Aggressive Behavior Toward Passengers. On one occasion, Lee shouted at passengers who were still outside the bus, threatening to leave them behind. While punctuality is important, yelling at guests is unacceptable and created unnecessary tension. 2. Reckless & Disruptive Driving. Lee’s driving was often unsafe—speeding, harsh braking, and excessively honking at other motorists. This made the ride uncomfortable and at times frightening, especially for elderly or sensitive passengers. 3. Unjustified Confrontation Over Washroom Use - At one point, Lee yelled at me for using the bus’s washroom, despite it being a basic amenity included in the tour. His reaction was unnecessarily hostile and left me feeling humiliated. 4. Rushing Passengers Off the Bus - On one of our stops, Lee aggressively hurried passengers to disembark quickly, even when there was no need to rush. His tone was dismissive and disrespectful, making the tour feel more like a chore than a vacation. While the itinerary and guides were satisfactory, bus driver's behavior negatively impacted the trip. GoEUGo should address such conduct, as it reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism and customer care.

Great tour of many excellent places

Great tour, saw many beautiful places. Tour leader Amanda was excellent. We did now see Nessy, but Loch Ness was beautiful.

Maybe I will take only private tours

Actually my son got sick and had to get back to london after cambridge . I also did not expect to be tied up with some other team and the bus was not that comfortable too. Never had a flexibility of going to the hotel in between . So the money spent was a waste as I did not take the service for more than two days .

No good with the Salaun Holidays agency! Flee this poor quality agency! Nobody cares !

I went on a tour with the Salaun Holidays agency based in Pont du Buis in Brittany. Horrible trip! Bad agency! I strongly advise against traveling with them! They are bad ! Exhorbitant travel prices and zero services... And it claims to be a high-end trip! Ashamed ! Meals in street bistros at very low prices.. Dirty and low quality hotels.. Buses broken down all the time which made us waste time. We couldn't see all the interesting sites. Lousy guide all the time on his cell phone... Not at all concerned about his responsibility for travelers... I made a complaint and I'm still waiting for their response! Incredible to see the laxity and “I don’t care” attitude of these people! Flee this agency and all those in France! I contacted the agency in Libourne near Bordeaux and no one cares too!
