Overall the visit was memorable but would not recommend this operator as they try to cut cost wherever possible. The package says 5 star accommodation but they will book 4 or even 3 star hotels. Missed one spot in Luxor saying it is similar. Viator also looks helpless in resolving this.
we do apologize for any inconvenient , i would like to mention that your hotels were as mentioned we didn't cut any costs even when there was a storm and the launch of your cruise delayed by order from the tourism police we didn't accept your stay on the deck so we booked for you and your family one extra night in a 4 star hotel in luxor (not included) and performed an extra day tour in Cairo as a compensation . also no places where missed in your visit what happened is a change in the visit's schedule according to the cruise schedule only . after finishing the tour you thanked us and you were really grateful for everything and as a result we send every thing related to your tour to Viator "voices ,screenshots, photo of tickets of every sightseeing you visited , flight tickets reserved , and accommodation reserved " that's why they believed us and not because they are helpless . but we apologize for anything you didn't like during your stay and we will make sure to make everything better than before to ensure that our guests will enjoy to the maximum . thanks for your review
