Highly recommend for everybody to do while I’ in New York. This was an amazing experience for our family
Boat was very hard to find and once there, it was very unorganized . The woman who I guess in charged. Was dressed more like she worked at kohls not a boat tour . She had no identification ie. a tag around her neck , a shirt, anything to make you think she worked for this company. Since I organized this tour for my family I felt embarrassed and at fault. Looked like an idiot, saying , I have know idea what’s going on. It said all over the website. Be on time, we will not wait , hurry! Yet we couldn’t find anyone in charge to tell us where to go . All the time worrying as the clock ticked somewhere there might be a vessel taking off without us . Now the good. It was a beautiful day the person speaking was clear and informative and didn’t over talk so we got to enjoy the sites .

Boat has seen better days, with bits hanging off, crack in the front window and dated! Booked for 14:00, naturally arrived early and ignored and then pointed to a barrier, then when finally acknowledged, told “we only board people from 14:15”, so why have a booking for 14:00? And then told this at 14:20! Finally boarded and then sat and waited till 14:45 until we left, but no “sorry for the delay” or “we are just preparing final bits before we leave” Voice over for the tour dated, a lot of stuttering and out of time for the boat! Talked about something probably 250/300 meters in the distance! And then shook a tip jar at people on leaving!

I had areservation scheduled. Someone from private number called to say they had to change time for later. We were almost there in which they called back and rescheduled tour for next day at 11:00. Showed up early and no cruise. Wasted an Uber from hotel and the price of two tickets.

When you get to pier 36 there's no signs or information about the tour to begin with. I waited there for till the scheduled time and no boat/ferry showed up. I called the +12125120515 four times and they didn't pick up, I then sent them a text with a picture of pier 36 gate 6 asking if I was at the right place, no one responded. Only 10 minutes after the scheduled time after i bombarded them with phone calls that they answered and said the tour was rescheduled for 6pm. I then asked for a refund and they gave me attitude telling me to call the agent(Viator) as they didn't take my money. I'm very unhappy and dissatisfied with this company. Please just dont advertise for them anymore, they're scammers.

Boss lady was late loading guests. Obviously not a tour boat, more of a booze cruiseboat, with tacky decorations. Boat was pretty cluttered on all decks but thankfully few people booked this tour. Go circle line for a good experience. Weather was great so that's a plus!

The worse experience they were not at the pier at the docking time and refused to give me a refund....

Our cruises were operating continuously throughout the day, and like airlines, trains, and other scheduled transportation services, boats must depart on time for safety, Coast Guard regulations, and to avoid delays for other guests. We always recommend arriving at least 30–45 minutes before departure to allow time for check-in and boarding. Unfortunately, once a vessel departs, we are unable to hold the boat or issue refunds for missed departures. For future travelers, this cruise remains one of the best and most affordable ways to experience breathtaking close-up views of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and the iconic Manhattan skyline from the water. Thousands of guests enjoy the experience every week, and we hope to welcome you aboard on a future visit to New York Harbor.
We didnt even end up on the right boat. My ticket told me boat 6 so that's the one we boarded and it never took us there

This experience was great. It wasn't enough clarification on hot to get the location. We did have the address, but not being fimiliar with New York and train routes we got lost a few times. I did speak with someone he was helpful to a certain extinst he tried to charge me upcharge for being late after I told him we where going to be late and that we were lost and got off at the wrong stop twice. The overall experience was worth it. The view was great. They had music, food, a dance floor if you into that and enough space top and bottom. Drinks are also available as well. Its behind a the big building. dock 4 that should be noted somewhere. Affordable as well. Good crew, Boss lady was a good experience for us. Not perfect, but doable. Hope this helps.

It was a waste of time, money and energy as no staff or anyone showed up at the cruise's meeting point. I'm requesting a refund, but I haven't received one yet.
