- Age and Safety: Customers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women may join if under 24 weeks by the trip's end.
- Room Details All hotel rooms are equipped with either two Full/Double beds or one King/Queen bed, depending on availability at the hotel on the day of check-in. The maximum occupancy per room is four travelers.
- Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Buy through us or via the guide. Group reservations recommended.
- Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
- Room Selection For parties exceeding four guests or for those desiring separate rooms, please create separate bookings.

- Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.
- Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to unforeseen factors like weather. Fees will not be refunded for changes.
- Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms accommodate 2-4 guests, with varying bed types(e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and deposit rules. Deposits are usually processed via credit card.
- What to Bring: Comfortable shoes and clothes, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration.
- Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
- Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
- Pick-Up Location Policy：When booking, please select your pick-up hotel. If undecided, you may update your pick-up location later. However, you must contact us or update this information yourself at least 3 days before the tour date. Important: Failure to provide or update your pick-up location prior to the departure date may result in missing the tour. The company will not be responsible for missed tours, and any fees paid will not be refunded.
- Booking Details: Ensure all booking details (name, contact, flight info) are accurate. Errors will result in personal costs. A reachable phone number is required for safety and communication.

The vacation is fast and furious with over 5 hours a day spent on the tour bus. Bus driver was a pro. Restroom breaks were regularly taken about 2 to 2 1/2 hours apart. Hotels were very average or slightly below average. Most hotels included a breakfast. The tour is primarily tailored to Asian travelers. Tour guide is bilingual .

The 6 day Yellowstone/Mt. Rushmore tour was excellent. Leaving the arrangements to others lets you enjoy stress-free all of the iconic sights you will see from Old Faithful, Devils Tower, Mt. Rushmore and so much more. Rebecca, our tour guide, was knowledgeable and always there to ensure things went smoothly. Highly recommend.

Although it was a tremendous amount of driving, our experience was excellent. Our tour guideChris and driver Jason were superior. Chris was very eligible and took us to very exciting places. He was accommodating and pleasant Jason our driver was excellent. No issues at all just confidence. I would definitely take another tour.
