The person in charge of the tour was Mirna, an excellent interlocutor, we have nothing to say. She was always very attentive from start to finish. The only downside I met was the bus that took us to Luxor which was uncomfortable and not maintained despite its punctuality, and it is for this reason that I did not take a bus back to Cairo afterwards but a plane.
It was an amazing experience. Mema was there every step along the way to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I would definitely use this company again.
Horrible experience from start to the end with the organizing company. We select to be picked up at 7pm (only options 7, 8 9pm). The same day we were traveling they write to us that they pick us up at 3pm and we answer that we arrive at the airport at that time and it is impossible. They tell us that they have already bought a train at that time and that there is no more... after several hours of talking they tell us that they will pick us up at a hotel at 7pm. At 18:30 pm they tell us that the system is down and that they don't have a train ticket... the hotel owner had to fix it and caught the last train... bribing the police. The rest of the trip did not improve the organization at all. He never told us when the guide would come (and once they did they gave us the wrong time)... it was the boat manager who had to organize everything for us. The woman who organized the trip had a total disinterest in helping us. Conclusion: do not take this company unless you want to be stressed the whole trip.
I had a very great day with the best team the guide was very professional and the cabin was very comfortable I enjoyed it very much also the staff was very helpful and professional the tours also was very great and attractive the temple of Abu Simbel was very amazing and has a very unique history strongly recommend
