Save your money—this booking is simply not worth the price. The listing advertises a private tour, but there is no tour guide included. You’re completely on your own. Apparently, there’s a separate option for a “private tour with a tour guide,” but that was never presented or made clear during the booking process. To most people, a private tour means you have a private experience with a guide, not that you’re simply transported there and left by yourself with an audio guide. Once we arrived, we were left to navigate the palace on our own, which was extremely crowded. It felt like being herded through with the masses, and there was nothing private about the actual experience. Could you buy tickets yourself and make your own way to the palace for much less? Absolutely. The only real perk was being driven there in a BMW, but that alone doesn’t justify the premium price. Overall, this experience was overpriced, misleading, and disappointing. I would recommend saving your money, buying your own tickets, and arranging your own transportation instead.
