Pickup Locations & Times
We provide free pickup from any hotel, Nile cruise, airport, or train station in Luxor at the start of the tour. On the final day, drop-off is available in Aswan at your hotel, cruise, airport, or train station. For the Abu Simbel day trip (Day 5), pickup is scheduled early morning around 4:30–5:00 AM to allow enough time for the drive and guided visit before the afternoon return. Please provide your accommodation name, room number (if available), or arrival details at the time of booking or via message after confirmation. We are flexible with pickup times whenever possible — just let us know your preference in advance!
