Wonderful tour! Fabulous food stops and an engaging and informative guide, Pierre. Highly recommend.
The guide was entertaining and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and the choices were interesting and welcomed. I do have a celiac disease and some of the restaurants were prepared. I did have to clarify with servers about my allergy and twice was given food that wasn't gluten free. Thankfully it was sorted before I ate.
Bonjour Paula! I talked with your guide and you are absolutely right : 2 restaurants did not do a great work yesterday like they normally do at accommodating dietary restrictions. You did end up with the right plates but it was not as seemless as usual. They both apologize (I called both owners/managers) and they have reminded the procedures to their teams even though they normally do an absolute great job. Thank-you for reporting this! Émilie
Sam was an outstanding guide, full of knowledge, super nice and passionate about Quebec city. Food and drinks were incredible - lots of it - and we really enjoyed the variety. Highly recommend!
This tour was so much fun! When we weren’t laughing, we were eating delicious food! Our guide, Luise, was interesting, funny and knowledgeable! One of the best food tours I’ve ever been on. I highly recommend it!❤️
Anne was a wonderful and very informative quite both about the food and history. The food was varied and interesting. I particularly liked the flambe at the Continental and the Wagu with mushrooms at La Clan. The only negative was the wine at La Clan which was from a local producer. I think it was probably a "natural" wine maker. The wine was cloudy. The bouquet was unpleasant and the taste was sour. It damaged the dish it accompanied. I would have expected a much better wine in a Michelin stared restaurant.
Danielle was an excellent guide on the historical aspects of Quebec City and the culinary delights of some of the best restaurants (including a Michelin star one) We thoroughly enjoyed it!
Danielle was fun, knowledgable, took us to great places to eat- highly recommend this tour- great way to try a Michelin star restaurant and more. Our first stop had to die for burrata salad with fresh tomatoes- Ill be dreaming of that for a while.
Etienne was a wonderful guide. You need to go hungry to this tour because you are getting a 5 course gourmet meal. The city info was great and the restaurants were lovely. This is worth every penny!
We booked this tour wanting to learn more about Quebec City’s history and experience the food options. This tour did not disappoint. The food options were amazing, the French Onion soup was the best I have ever had and every dish was delicious. The tour was well paced, the guide was informative and knowledgeable and the group was only people in total which made it a very personal experience. Would highly recommend!
This was an absolute highlight of our time in Quebec. We did this as an anniversary treat and we were so glad we splurged a bit. Pierre was our guide and he was wonderful. All the restaurants had unique vibes, delicious food and great drinks. If you're wanting to have a special date night in the city, this is the tour to do.
