Martin was a great coach driver and tour guide. Great commentary and useful information and a great itinerary.
The tour should have provided more time at Montmorency Falls. We were given 75 minutes to visit and told that we wouldn’t have enough time to take the gondola ride up and down due to the long line ups. The tour should been scheduled to ensure this was available to us.
Great tour, really enjoyed Martin’s humour and his excellent knowledge. Pack for rain, pretty wet close to the falls. Take cash for tipping your brilliant driver.
Very good interesting tour with a very helpful knowledgeable guide Enough time for each stop. The falls are beautiful
This is definitely a very nice tour! Martin was our guide and he did an excellent job and gave us a wealth of information. He also had a great sense of humor. The BUS! Now that is where this experience turned average. The air conditioning did not work and it was the most rickety ride! This is highly unacceptable for a tour of this price. The driver and the guests should not have to be riding around the town with such an uncomfortable ride. The bus was miserably hot and if you had motion sickness riding on that bus would have been rough. The suspension on that bus was DONE! This tour company must do better! This is highly unfortunate because my husband and I enjoyed everything else. Nobody should have to deal with a bus without working air conditioning in the summer months.
Martin was an amazing tour guide. He was knowledgeable, funny, kind, and made our excursion a great experience!
Great day and the bus ride was full of informative information about Quebec that helped us gain a good understanding of the beauty of this province.
The bus we are in is quite hot, aircondition wasn't on, (only at the driver's area) on our side. It seems we were running in circles a few times and very few English translations. The pick up point wasn't at the address they email me and no English signage anywhere in the vicinity.
The 1/2 day tour to Montmorency Falls was excellent. It was so much more than just the falls; the Isle of Orleans and the chocolate factory, the copper museum, and the basilica of St. Anne du Beaupre. Our driver Martin was superb - we had a small group and he gave a nice commentary about the history of the area and what we were seeing. At the falls he helped us know how we could enjoy the falls and the best way to visit given the time frame that we had. We had a guest on the tour who had a family emergency and had to leave early. Martin was so kind and caring he went out of his way to help the guest arrange a taxi and a convenient meeting place and time. We would definitely recommend this tour - a great way to get out in the countryside.
Francoise was an excellent guide with life-long knowledge of the history and culture the tour explored. With multiple stops, the trip gave a great look into local sites and traditions. The day was comfortable, entertaining and educational. Highly recommend.
