The tour was great. Felix was very nice and helpful about the tour. I would definitely book again.
It was fantastic! The cigar spot is a hustle but not horrible. Playa Macao is beautiful! The photographer is great, fun and full of energy.
My wife got unexpectedly sick and we tried to reschedule the excursion. Response was slow, so we decided to cancel. We weren't refunded our money back and were told to provide hospital records in order to get our money back.
I went with my 3 daughters( all 18 years +) We rented 2 ATVs and rode as doubles. It was a unique experience. Our tour guides were very friendly and informative. I would recommend for adults, if you would like to leave your hotel/resort and enjoy local Dominican life.
Pro: Overall decent excursion. If you can’t swim, bring a life jacket or bring $2. I was the only one on my tour that spoke English, so they did a good job of switching between Spanish and English. ATVs were cool. Con: When we got to the cave, we stopped so people could use the bathroom or get food if they wanted. I went to the restroom, came out & EVERYONE was gone. And as a solo traveler, that was not ideal. The tour guide came back after like 10-15 minutes and looked surprised to see me at the rest area. Like no one noticed the one black American was missing from the group when you walked to the cave?
I love H town and the whole staff that help put this together. It was an amazing experience!!!! They were so helpful and patient
Amazing, book this. Felix was a great guide. Awesome adventure
We loved the ATVs but the overall tour was very disorganized and disappointing. The cenote stop was a mess. Very crowded and unorganized we felt the conditions were too risky to even try to take a dip into the cenote.
Tour was a blast. Great experience outside of our resort. Guides were great. I left my phone on the shuttle and they brought it back to me the next day while they were making pickups.
Felix was great and his assistant
