The guide Iván was very good, always helpful and accompanied us during the hike; the itinerary is very tight, but he is very reliable. The guide played a short explanatory audio in English at one point; they could use this more as it is better understood.

This type of tour usually includes transportation, accommodation for three nights, a specialized guide, and visits to iconic places such as Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic Spring, the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, and Jenny Lake, as well as opportunities to observe bison, moose, and, with some luck, bears. Travelers highlight the excellent organization, the knowledge of the guides, and the stunning beauty of the landscapes, making it one of the best-reviewed excursions for those visiting Salt Lake City for the first time. It is a very complete experience that combines nature, wildlife, and some of the most spectacular national parks in the United States.

Guide was really nice, is nice and always on time, the agenda was all completed. Also the guide put us a prerecorded audio on English about Yellowstone and we enjoyed it a lot, we wish there would be more of those. Maybe sometimes it’s a little hard to understand the English of the guide but he tried and was patient. Also sometimes in the car you can’t hear really well what he says. Overall had a very good experience and we are all really satisfied. Also maybe they could warn a bit more about the extreme cold weather we had to bring some more appropriate clothing.

We had an amazing experience on the 4‑day Salt Lake City, Grand Teton, and Yellowstone tour. Our guide, Nate Rollins, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He speaks fluent Chinese, which made communication easy for many in our group and showed strong cultural awareness. Despite a busy schedule, everything ran smoothly and the group got along well. The scenery was spectacular, and Nate made sure we didn’t miss any highlights while sharing great insights. The activity level is moderate, with quite a bit of walking. I highly recommend Nate and this tour for a fantastic experience!

The designation "4-day tour" is incorrect in that the first day only included a self-check-in at the hotel. Nevertheless, the tour completely convinced us, as our guide Robin was excellent. His flexibility regarding the weather escapades (snowstorm in June) and the selection of sights considering increased visitor traffic was superb. Five stars for Robin!

This tour was very informative and comprehensive. In fact, it was jam-packed with sights. This made for long days, but it was worth it. We started on June 1 and concluded on June 4. Admission fees were paid in advance. The guide, Michael Carson, was superb. This is best for people who don't have a lot of time.

Wonderful 3 day Yellowstone park and grand Teton park tour from Salt Lake City. The itinerary is compact and covers most sights that can be covered in that short timeframe. Although the days were hectic but it was completely worth it considering what we could cover. We went from August 7-9, 2025. The transportation and itinerary was very good however although the accommodations at West Yellowstone was adequate it can be improved/ upgraded based on the cost of the tour. However one silver lining was our tour guide and driver, Jacob. Excellent tour guide and fluent in English and Chinese, very helpful and knowledgeable . He had lots of tips to add to make the tour really enjoyable. I would highly recommend Jacob as your tour guide to make your tour really memorable.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful feedback about your 3-day adventure through Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks! We’re thrilled to hear that you found the itinerary well-paced and rewarding, despite the busy schedule, and that Jacob’s expertise and bilingual skills enhanced your experience. He truly is a gem on our team, and we’ll be sure to share your kind words with him—it will mean so much! We appreciate your honest feedback about the lodging. Thank you again for trusting us with your travel plans and for recommending Jacob. We’d be honored to welcome you back for another unforgettable journey!
Long days but if you can handle it worth the effort. The stops were extraordinary but dinner was an issue.
Thank you for sharing your honest reflections on the tour. We truly appreciate your recognition that the extraordinary stops and stunning landscapes made the long days worthwhile. As you mentioned, these tourist attractions are popular, and we want each visitor to have the most comprehensive and profound experience possible in the limited time available, so guides need to schedule tours at set times, which can make you feel a little rushed. Please understand that this arrangement is based on our years of experience: we strive to ensure that visitors do not miss out on any worthwhile stops through reasonable planning. Your note about dinner is invaluable. We’ve investigated and will propose improvement measures to better meet the needs of different tourists. Thank you again for choosing our service and we look forward to the opportunity to provide you with a more satisfying travel experience in the future.
To enhance the tour experience, it would be beneficial to have both a driver and a tour guide who are punctual on the day of the pickup and proficient in English. Additionally, providing video recordings with translations would be advantageous. Out of the 11 passengers, only four are English speakers. It is inappropriate for the tour guide to primarily communicate in Chinese with minimal English translation. This may be attributed to communication difficulties, but it remains disappointing.
Thank you for your candid feedback about your recent tour experience. We sincerely apologize for the language disconnect and communication gaps you encountered. As for the late arrival of the bus you mentioned, it was caused by guests wa late at the first pick-up point. Despite our full preparations and reminders, there were still visitors late for various reasons. When faced with such a situation, we are faced with a dilemma: on the one hand, we must consider the safety and rights of every visitor and cannot easily leave any guest behind; On the other hand, we are also aware that the long wait will cause inconvenience to other tourists who have already arrived on time and affect the overall schedule of the trip. To balance these two requirements, we control the waiting time in practice, which is normally no more than 10 min.In addition, we are continually improving our service processes to avoid a similar situation happening again, such as sending out more detailed travel guides in advance and adding more reminder channels. All our guides are bilingual (Mandarin/English) and can communicate fluently in English. Sometimes Chinese expressions are longer/more complex than English, but rest assured that our guides will explain everything 50-50 and 50-50. This means that no matter which language you choose to participate in the tour, you will not miss any important information or wonderful content. We look forward to providing you with a more satisfying travel experience in the future.
Great tour experience overall, Tour guide had great knowledge of the various features and history of the park.
