Excellent guidance and experience
I spent 10 days in Morocco and thanks to this tour operator, they were unforgettable!! We had an exceptional guide (Ismail), experienced driver and deep connoisseur of the desert. Everything organized down to the smallest detail: wonderful riads, visits to Berber villages, even reservations at typical restaurants! l owner, Mustafa, very nice and super nice... in short, I can not wait to return!
They take you to the places where they have commission to buy products. The desert thing's a trivia. Looks like a housing estate, too many people. The sunset is better seen from the road than climbing the dunes. They usually sell you smoke. Poor organization
Disappointing. This is the qualifier of our Morocco Travels Tour experience. Claudia sold us a movie and the reality was very different. We did a Shopping Tour where they charge their commission. All products, argon oil, rose balm, fossils, etc.. are cheaper in Marrakech. Berber and nomadic dances are toristate, but they do, they put the creature to give you money. We couldn't get into the Dades' throat because the coach was so big. They gave us a hotel of lower category than the agreed. We didn't go to see the sunrise with dromedaries. There were two more activities we didn't do and when you asked Youssef he told you that he did what he was told. Claudia apologized and told me she would make it up to me. I have since sent her WhatsApp and never heard from her again. I was wrong.
From the beginning we feel accompanied and guided by the boys. They were very attentive and friendly. We knew Morocco as a real local (we do not like typical Tourist Trips) and restaurants, hotels and routes were always adapted to our tastes. Recommended 100%. We have already closed another trip for the new year 😊.
It was a spectacular trip. Ismael is lovely and you feel super cared for having him as your guide. The activities and the landscapes, amazing: although we had a sandstorm, the spirits remained high and we could also live that facet of the desert. Highly recommended!
