The experience with Joyina was incredible. They picked us up at the central market in Nairobi, and we traveled for a few hours to our camp, which was just minutes from the entrance to the Masai Mara Reserve. On the first day, we went on a safari for a few hours, returned to the camp, had dinner, and rested. On the second day, we had a full safari, including a picnic inside the reserve. Upon leaving, we visited the Masai Village and learned a bit about their life and customs. Our driver, Pita, was very kind and attentive at all times; his vehicle was very comfortable, clean, and had mineral water available at all times, as well as charging connections for devices. During the safaris, he made an effort to ensure we could see as many animals as possible from excellent viewpoints. At the camp, the stay was very pleasant; everyone was helpful, and the food was excellent. The sleeping tent was comfortable, safe, clean, and had everything necessary (hot water, towels, charging connections for devices, bedding, etc.) I recommend the tour with Joyina. We enjoyed it very much.

Our experience with Joyina was a 10/10!!! 💯 The communication when we were considering different options for operators to carry out this experience was a plus. They answered all our inquiries and doubts (which were many), always very willing and promptly. Later, prior to our trip, they sent us Joy's number so we could contact her, who would receive us in Nairobi and accompany us during our trip, ensuring that everything was always perfect. There, we were also greeted by Peta (I hope I am spelling her name correctly), our sensational driver and guide, who always answered all our questions and shared all his knowledge about his culture, the different animals we spotted, the park, and much more!! 💪🏼 The itinerary was respected, and everything that was informed was fulfilled, mainly regarding what is included and excluded from the tour's value. In the photographs I share, you can see the landcruise in which we had the experience; it was comfortable, had water available throughout the journey, and as a bonus, it also had outlets to charge the devices' batteries. You just need to let Peta know to activate the charging stations and bring a Kenya adapter. 😄 Our accommodation was Mara Ntulele, which is located outside the park but about 10 minutes from the Oloolaimutia entrance gate. It is a glamping complex whose photographs are exactly as we saw on the internet; the breakfasts and dinners were magnificent, and at night you can take a break in their comfortable chairs while watching the great starry sky. If you stay there, keep in mind that from 11 PM to 5 AM, the electricity is cut off, so you need to organize the charging of your devices' batteries. Thanks to Peta and Joy for their kindness and willingness!! 😊😊 Thank you, Joyina, for this fabulous and unforgettable experience. 🙌🏼 P.S.: Nature does not depend on either Joyina or Peta; we were fortunate to see 4 of the 5 big ones in Masai Mara. We missed the super difficult one, the rhinoceros, but without a doubt, Peta did everything in her power for us to spot as many animals as possible (including the leopard, which had not been seen in seven safaris and simply crossed majestically in front of us)!! 🥹

We saw so many animals, in a part of the Mara I hadn’t seen before. Our guide Peter so knowledgeable about the animals and where to find them. We enjoyed the Maasai village experience also. The tent ‘camping’ was in a very good facility with a great staff. Be prepared for using cash only at the camp for your drinks, including water. Be prepared for traveling on 4 wheel drive roads on the way to the camps and within Maasai Mara. This lack of warning is why I didn’t give the tour a 5 - starting with a major headache doesn’t help.

The game drive in Masai Mara was really nice! We saw a lot of lions, even babies!! The driver was always in touch with the others to spot animals. The hotel was super nice. The food was good and also was the service. The 4x4 was comfortable even though the Masai mara streets are tough. I would reccomend Joyina. They answer in a very short time if you have any doubt or problem.

Our safari was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organized, and we felt well taken care of at all times. We were lucky enough to see all the animals we had hoped for, which made the experience even more special. Our guide and driver, Peter, was simply the best. He did everything possible to make us feel comfortable, safe, and welcome. His knowledge, dedication, and passion were outstanding. He is truly an exceptional driver — there must be a rally driver hidden inside him! Thanks to his skills and experience, we were often the first to arrive at sightings, which gave us the best views and unforgettable moments. Reviews here are fake. Avoid them at all cost, they have dangerous driver that crashed our vehicle during safari. If you ever get a driver named NAF avoid the tour as you will regret it. He is the most rude , insulting and dangerous person you can face in Kenya. His license should be taken. And this agency is encouraging him to behave this way, you will see if you ever book with them and face this guy. There are many other better options , polite and much more safe and positive.
We are sorry to read this review. However, we must clarify that it was a group joining safari. Regarding the driving concern mentioned, there was no crash during the safari. At one point, another vehicle approached too closely from behind, and the drivers resolved the matter professionally. No injuries occurred, and the safari continued safely. It is also important to note that other guests in the same vehicle expressed satisfaction with the guide and overall experience, and some even communicated positive feedback about the driver. Throughout the safari, we remained in communication with you and even facilitated a vehicle change to ensure your comfort. Despite these efforts, multiple negative reviews have now been posted by you with 5 different accounts which we believe do not present a balanced account of the experience. We would also like to clarify that all reviews on our platform are from genuine clients who have joined our safaris. We had a great time on this safari! Joy and her team were excellent. Communication was very good, I paid a secure online deposit and received a receipt. We met at the city market, found Joy by messaging her on WhatsApp and paid the balance usd cash in the vehicle. We were lucky that our group was a fun bunch of people! We saw beautiful views in the reserve and all the big animals except a rhino. We even caught a glimpse of a leopard and looked a huge male lion right in the eye! We won't forget it! Tip: don't forget some compact binoculars. Camp was ok, very welcoming, just a couple of small issues with the facilities but remember, this is a very remote location. It certainly was wild during the night too! We visited a Masai village, which was also great. Budget around 40usd per person and have it in Kenyan Shillings, which you'll give to the village guide and souvenir sellers (they're extremely persuasive). I don't advise wearing open sandals btw, as cattle dung in the village is normal life. All in all it was well worth the price and very memorable. Special thanks go to Jeff - he was a safe and skillful driver, who enjoyed trying to get us to all of the best sightings. He really knew what he was doing. An extra day would have possibly been a little more relaxed pace and we surely would have seen even more, but this trip really was a great safari experience. I definitely recommend it.

We had a great time in the Maasai Mara. The whole experience was very professional. The communication was good which I appreciated as well. The price was cheaper than a safari I did with another company for the same length of time, but the accommodations were much much better as well as the overall experience. We also got to see some unbelievable things such as lions mating and fighting thanks to our driver Jeff. He is super knowledgeable, a great driver on the rough Kenyan roads, and willing to outdo any of the other drivers in the Safari to get us a great view. You could tell he is experienced at this. Other riders felt the same way.
