3 Days private guided Cairo travel package

It was two days of very good tours (April 25 and 26, 2026) with Souleiman, who speaks Spanish perfectly and is a great guide; his knowledge, way of explaining, and treatment were all excellent. 100% recommended.

Meena was an amazing tour guide. She made our trip the best experience ever! She had a vast wealth of knowledge about each place we went to, from the Mesuems to the pyramids. She always brought a lot of energy to her tours, which kept us having a great time while we hit so many places in a short amount of days.

on the build up to the holiday the service from one of the emo consultants was excellent, very helpful and great prices. after a few adjustments on the tours he lost track of what he needed done and had over charged me. even after confronting them they only returned a portion of the money and refused to give a detailed invoice to specify the cost of each tour so we could clarify the added charges. the tour guide was outsourced, named Hoasam, very good and knowledgeable but was a let down on the last day when he constantly hinted at a tip. even the driver provided spoke no English and got lost several times on the way to destinations. if you use this company keep the tours simple and clarify all costs especially if you make additions.

This agency is really bad, or even classified as scammer! Pls do not take up their services! We regretted signing up with them for just driver services from places to places (US$1,350). No guide, no entrance fee, no meal required. We have confirmed with them on all our itineraries prior to arriving Egypt. We requested for same driver throughout our 10 days trip and must be someone that can speak English (they agreed). We were told to pay 50% deposit for confirmation, and balance 50% upon arrival. We did as told. When our trip gets nearer (even 1 day before our departure), nobody contacted us yet on who is the driver to pick us up at the airport. Is this deal still proceeding? We have paid for the 50% deposit. After several chasing via whatsapp, we finally gotten reply that there will be a driver to pick us at the airport, but still we don't know who. We are just at their mercy even if no one appear! Luckily upon our arrival, there is another person that whatsapp me telling us our driver is waiting for you and is holding a signage outside. On the 2nd day into our trip, another person whatsapp me again asking for confirmation on our itinerary and pick up time (which we have shared and agreed on earlier). Nevertheless, we provided the info again. The driver came but it appeared to be a different driver and someone that cannot speak English at all! We got super upset with all the promises and the money we have already paid in 100%. They told us with all the excuses and we thought we would be getting same driver for the rest of the days then. On the 3rd day, someone whatsapp me again to confirm on details. I got upset again by now as i have already gotten 4 - 5 different people from the tour agency requesting for info and info again. So who is the main person that i should liaise with? I have become a tour guide role to keep on coordinating with the tour agency on places to go on each and every day and different people is telling me different things. The agency is making us so confused, and worst thing they told us was they got no driver going to Assiut from Cairo, but we have already paid for it earlier. We started to get super panicked and frustrated because our schedule and accomodation to Assiut has been planned long ago and we cannot changed! If the agency do not have such service, they should have informed us earlier when we shared the itinerary before our arrival, before they collected our money! After much arguments and time spent, the tour agency said they will make a better arrangement and manage it properly and have found a driver for us to Assiut. On the 4th day, different driver came again and all drivers couldn't speak English. By then, we are already too tired to complain on why different driver everyday and we have to always translate with the driver on where we want to go, sharing the GPS link etc. I have became the tour guide for this unpleasant trip! As we went into all the other days, its the same thing with the agency, but i got smarter to block all the other person from the agency that have been whatsapping me to coordinate, as i only want to deal with 1 person and the person that has promised on everything. Not so messy with the coordination anymore. However, there are days that some plans are been cancelled and agency (this guy) told us that the money will be refunded to us. We have to keep chasing for the refund and risking not getting it since this agency is not keeping to their promises always. While i am writing on this review, the agency is still owing us US$40, it is not a huge amount, but its the integrity and ethical that should be refunded, must be refunded and not dragging on it. This shown how bad and worst this agency is! We are just waiting eagerly to end the trip in Egypt because of this EMO TOUR AGENCY that has ruined everything, ruin our trip! If they would allow us to pay for the balance at the end of the trip, i am sure we would rather forgo the deposit and find another agency! This agency is dragging on the refund of our money since 30 Dec 2024 and lets see when they will refund! Or maybe we will not even get our money back. For those that has read my review till now, PLEASE PLEASE do not engage any services from this agency! They are a liar!

I booked a private solo Tour with EMO Tours from 2 Nov to 5 Nov 2024, Samer my tour manager has done all the needful and co ordination, Nile Cruise, Quad bike, felucca, full day Alexandria tour and Khan khalili, I would like to recommend EMO Tours since there co ordination with me was always on time, my guide Heba and my driver Hussein they both made my Alexandria visit amazing, neat and clean cars and very polite tour guides with timely co ordination, thank you Samer and thanks to EMO Tours for such hospitality!

Amazing Experience! From Pyramids of Giza, Memphis, Sakkara, Alexandria, Egyptian Museum, Citadel of Saladin to Khan Khalili Bazar...Thank you Mr Mahmoud for providing us an intensive information about the pyramids and the other places we visited. We loved visiting the archeological sites in Cairo and Luxor. The National Egyptian Museum was so interesting. Our guide Issam in Cairo was exceptionally good. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. He made our stay and visits pleasant and interesting The hotels Emo Tours selected in Cairo and Luxor were very comfortable and well appointed. The setting at the Hilton Luxor was impressive with a view of the Nile and the sunset.

I wasn’t sure if I had signed up for a group tour or an individual tour. It ended up being just us and our driver and our guide. I do like a group, but in this case, it worked really well to just have the guide and driver. We were able to adjust to our Jetlag, etc. Our guide was very knowledgeable and fun to be with. Our guide, “Mezo” knew how to get around crowds and what was an important stop. Our driver was fearless, which you have to be to get through Cairo traffic. The only negatives were that (1) our guide would not give me time to shop at the street stalls and instead wanted to take me to those preplanned places where they give you a drink and charge you three times what you pay at home for an item. After the first papyrus shop stop, I asked him not to take us to places like that again, but he did the next morning, and so we just had them take us back to our hotel. And (2), he would not give us guidance on how much to tip different people along the way which, gratefully, our Nile cruise guide did the next week. I had read many reviews about tipping. I went over with lots of US dollars and fives. Restrooms attendants seemed quite happy to get a dollar. Remember to pass on tips with 2 hands. We thought this was a great value for the price. We followed the tipping guidelines we saw so 20% of the tour cost to the guide and 10% to the driver. We actually went over that because they were both so good.
