Pickup Locations & Times
We offer complimentary pickup and drop-off within Nairobi city hotels, residences, and Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Pickup time is between 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM, depending on your location. The exact pickup time will be confirmed one day before departure via WhatsApp or email. For airport arrivals on the same day, please provide your flight details in advance so we can coordinate your pickup accordingly. Kindly be ready at your hotel lobby or designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Our driver-guide will contact you upon arrival. If you are staying outside Nairobi CBD (e.g., Westlands, Karen, or near the airport), pickup is still included — please share your exact location when booking. For group safaris, we may make brief stops to collect other guests before departing Nairobi.
