Pickup Locations & Times
Your drive guide will meet you at the designated pickup location. For airport arrivals, the driver guide will be waiting at the arrival hall with a signboard displaying the lead traveler’s name. For hotel pickups, please wait at the reception area or main entrance at the scheduled pickup time. For guests arriving the day of departure, we recommend arriving in Nairobi the night before. Late arrivals must contact us at least 6 hours in advance to confirm alternative meeting arrangements.
Important Information
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage may have certain restrictions please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Child rate applies only when sharing with 2 paying adults
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Teens 12+ are charged full adult rate.
- Infants under 3 years: free if sharing with adult, no separate seat/bed.
