Pickup Locations & Times
Your pickup is included from any hotel, guesthouse, Airbnb or street address within the Cape Town CBD, V&A Waterfront, Sea Point, Green Point, De Waterkant, Gardens, Tamboerskloof, Camps Bay or Stellenbosch area. You will receive your exact pickup time the afternoon before your tour departs — usually between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, subject to your pickup address and traffic conditions. Please be ready 15 minutes before your confirmed pickup time and wait at the entrance of your accommodation. Our driver will contact you directly on the morning of departure. If your address falls outside our standard pickup zone, please message us after booking and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please do not book flights or make any fixed arrangements on the first or last day of the tour, as pickup and drop-off times can vary due to traffic and weather conditions.

My family and I had a wonderful 3-day trip from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town via Garden Route with our private guide, Gordon. We were provided with a large comfortable van, which was spacious for the entire family of 4 and our luggages. Gordon is very knowledgeable and he showed us the key places to go and spots to see, recommended what activities to do, as well as advised us that the Cango Caves attraction was closed due to flooding so we can adjust our itinerary accordingly. We enjoyed our time as the tour was fully tailored to our preferences, and with flexible timing so we did not feel rushed. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. We hope to come back again to South Africa and book with Beyond Africa Safaris again for our travel. P.S. We booked another day tour in Cape Town with Beyond Safaris, which was equally enjoyable and covered all the key sights, which will be for another review.
