Twenty family members -13 adults and 7 children (most 5 years old and younger) chartered private boat for sunset cruise. Anna and Paulina were exceptional taking into consider so many young children would be aboard. They were both so accommodating , even went so far to ensure kid-friendly snacks were aboard in addition to adult fare. Captain Nico and Adrien were so welcoming and knowledgeable and made sure to include the kids. They even turned hysterical tears into smiles for a 5 year old when they turned the boat around to rescue a "hat overboard"! Sunset was gorgeous and cruise around the bay the perfect way to spend family time together. We will have lasting memories of this special excursion. Highly recommend! The boat was not clean bathroom smelled bad . This was def not a luxury yacht. . It looked very outdated . Staff was wonderful though.

I originally booked a dinner cruise for my birthday. On the day of I called to confirm our pickup and was told that the tour had been canceled. Afterwards, I booked this private boat tour hoping to have a happy birthday and it was far from it. When we arrived we were greeted by the captain who looked as though he had already been drinking, along with a young boy. First strike was the small boat with no masks being worn. We boarded the boat and I was stunned to see how filthy it was. I ordered food that was to be prepared by a chef. Instead they presented tacos from a stand on a small filthy rag. When I asked for some disinfectant spray and a towel, they looked at me as if I had five heads. The young boy had to run outside of the boat before we departed just to find hand sanitizer. I was really disappointed to see how disgusting the boat was, not only for health reasons, but I actually hired a photographer to come on board to take photos. There was an old stale smell, the carpet was damp and filthy, the surface of everything had stains. This boat needs to be inspected, it was downright nasty and I’m so sad that I wasted my money. I Also paid for a bottle of tequila and brought my own champagne on board with two glasses. When I arrived home I went for the champagne only to find that it had been removed from my bag. Lastly, I can say that the service from the captain, Domingo, and Lalo the photographer was really good, it just doesn’t make up for how nasty the boat was and my champagne being removed from my bag.
