The organization of the tour is good, the tour deserves, however I emphasize that it would be necessary to provide a few more details. Purchases online ticket arrives confirmation with tour departure at 8 am. The day before no details had arrived on the pickup at the Riad, contact tour operator with chat and tell me to be ready at 7:30, a few days before I had called Viator and the call center tells me 7:45 always at the Riad. No other information. The morning of departure at 7:15 am they call me saying that they are waiting for me in a hurry 500 meters from the Riad because rightly not reachable by car and we understand but say it before and cmq give precise time, we were having breakfast since the directions were for another time. So running to the van....In the evening we arrive in Zagora we were the only ones with the suitcase and backpacks others who participated with other tour operators competitors had only backpack. I thought that being the camp cmq reachable by car from the staff they brought their luggage and instead it was up to the dromedary... some more indications would not hurt. For the rest recommended tour, great driver, nice trip and do not weigh the hour by bus, there are various stops. Last in the tent it's quite hot .... but we are in the desert.
Our Zagora desert trip was an unforgettable adventure, and the luxury camp we chose truly elevated the experience. The comfort of the accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made it a five-star stay under the desert stars.
Our stay at the luxury camp was a desert dream come true. The tents were not just accommodations; they were lavish retreats with comfortable beds, tasteful decor, and private bathrooms. The subtle blend of traditional Berber design and modern comforts made it an oasis in the heart of the desert.
Our tour guide Adi was so sweet, kind and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure my partner and I got the most magical experience possible. Couldn’t recommend this trip enough, absolutely amazing!
Clean and very welcoming camp, warm clothing recommended for the night as the temperature drops significantly. Everyone was very kind and welcoming upon our arrival and throughout our experience.
Amazing tour, everything perfect and the group one of the best…. Thanks a lot to all crew. I recommend everyone to book on this company.
Awesome experience with luxury package tour to desert. Driver and tour guides are very friendly and nice.
My daughter and I truly enjoyed our overnight in the desert. The food, hosts, sunrise, and sunset were spectacular.
Hi Mehdi, well the night at the desert was nice. But the ride from Marrakech to the desert was not that okay. The minibus that drove us didnt have the power to have the A/C on all the way, we asked and the driver said that it had to be turned off to be able to drive up the mountains. while on 45 degrees it was very hot and very stressful. The first restaurant was overpriced and the food was not the best. The driver did not speak spanish and we couldnt communicate a lot. And the next day we thought that we would arrive to Marrakech by lunch time but the driver made another stop and had to had lunch in another restaurant with few to none options to eat. We left by 8 in the morning and we arrived to Marrakech by 18h in the afternoon. 10 hours to get to Marrakech and we stopped in a town that it was not specified in the itinerary. When we booked the tour, it said that it was a spanish group only and we were the only spanish people, the others were italians and french. We were not as happy as we thought and were a but disappointed about the whole experience. By the way, when we booked it, the description said that it only lasted 14 hours, and I think it is best if you advise people that it is 24+ hours and it is best not to do it in July and August if the minibus has no A/C (that on the webside says that you have).
Hi Jiahui, I'll also copy and paste my response. Thank you for your feedback and that's surely taken into consideration and our duty is to check what happened I've reported the incident of the AC to the transportation agency and they've replied that it was only turned off during the ride in the mountain between Marrakech and Ouarzazate which is totally logical otherwise the engine would have broke. It's done worldwide Regarding the tour it's 2 days 1 night and it's clear that the second day you can't get back to marrakech before 6:00 PM as it's a long drive that lasts around 10 hours back minimum with the stop included to have Lunch in Ouarzazate and to visit the studio. For our groups it's not Spanish only it's always a group with all races and languages gathered and where the Driver is not a guide but at the camp, restaurant and also the Kasbah guide speak Spanish or us at the agency if anything is needed in Spanish we can help.
Very nice stay in the desert, very attentive guide, very comfortable desert camp, warm Welcoming and nice single room. The visits on the road is nice, only one downside the round trip is too long for one night only.
