had an amazing experience with this tour operator! Dominic arranged everything perfectly for us. We stayed one night at Salt Lick Lodge, which was by far our favorite—being that close to the elephants was absolutely magical, you could almost touch them! The second night was at another lovely lodge in Tvaso. The food at Salt Lick was great and catered well to vegetarians, though there were also plenty of meat options and fresh salads. One downside was the limited drink selection—only tea, coffee, and water is not included, which we felt could be improved also the cost of alcohol was really ridiculous . But the staff more than made up for it with their warmth and professionalism. Our driver, Modi, was excellent—very knowledgeable and made us feel safe throughout the journey. The safari was in a 4x4 Land Cruiser, and while the drives between parks were long (4 to 5 hours), we were comfortable and well taken care of. Like many others, we were cautious about booking a safari online due to horror stories, but Dominic exceeded all expectations. He was responsive, attentive, and really listened to what we wanted. Everything was seamless—from hotel pickup to being dropped off at a different location after the safari. The cost was very reasonable for the experience we got, and we were so impressed that we’ve already booked another safari with Dominic. Highly recommend him and his team—this was truly one of the highlights of our trip!
