If I could give this 10 stars or more, I would! From the moment I booked, until the trek itself and afterwards, I was so well taken care of. Excellent communication and organization with Ibrahim and a fantastic guide, Ahmed, who took such good care of me. An earlier transfer to Imlil was arranged for me, which made it very convenient. I am also a slow walker, and I wanted to do the trek without anyone else, as to not slow down any group or feel very rushed myself. That was no issue either. Crampons were provided, and when I discovered I had forgotten to bring my jacket, which I still am 1000% ashamed about, there was one for me. Ahmed helped with my backpack so that I could keep a more decent pace on the first day. I am forever grateful for that. For the first time in my life, I got altitude sickness. It came out of the blue and it wasn't headaches or dizziness, just stomach issues. Threw up at 3000 meters and made it to the refuge at 3200 where I threw up again and didn't have the best night, health-wise. All this time, Ahmed was incredibly patient and supportive, helping me deal with everything. Together with the muleteer&cook, I was in very good hands, even though I couldn't eat as much of the food that so kindly was prepared for me and that was delicious. On the morning of the ascent, as I was feeling ok-ish, we gave it a try and came to around 3600 meters, which given my general condition was both totally crazy and amazing. Ahmed pushed me without forcing me, helped me through the impossible terrain and made sure I also came all the way back in one piece. We made the completely right decision after I threw up one more time at that altitude, it would have only gotten worse and the risk is not worth it. It took much longer than expected to come down, because of my sickness, but I would not have made it without his support and understanding. Everyone checked how I was doing even afterwards, on my continued journey through the country, which is very kind and attentive. So in spite of getting sick, this was an amazing experience for me. I spent my 40th birthday on an adventure in the mountains, with fantastic views, nature, food and support from the organizing team.

The route was very nice is not very technical but if it is demanding on a physical level Our guide was the Khalid we loved. It is that kind of guide that fully understands the needs of its clients, cares about your tastes in interests so that the days spent together become more enjoyable and tries to get to know you. It adapts perfectly to all the rhythms of each group and every moment, if you have any problem it does everything to be able to solve it, it helped us a lot in a couple of things. If we come back 100% we repeat with him.

We loved every minute and are very greatfull to the whole team to make this experiance so special.and sucesfull. All the staff in Atlas hotel was incredibly kind and humble. Food amazing. Very clean. And a big thank you to our mule handler Hassan. Who did stay with us the whole way down if, in any case, one of us will be too tired and may need help to carry on down on the mule. Hassan let me to try to ride the mule as all the porters do. What a experiance. Thank you! Absolutely nowhere any troubles for two woman on Toubkal. Only the best from everyone on the way. Thank you 🙏💞
It was the second time I came to Imlil and hiked Toubkal. This time in summer, so it was relaxing 2days hike. I stayed as previously in Riad Toubkal Atlas and the Guide - Omar was recommended by the Host - Ibrahim. It was an excellent choice. The guy is super -friendly and made the whole trip safe and interesting. He speaks decent English so we could talk a lot during the hike. I got acquainted with local berber culture and habits. He told me about places we passed. Also I asked many questions about the mountains, local areas, villages, life in Morocco in general, religion etc. and he patiently answered :) and explained everything. So it was something more than just a quick hike. On the way down we had a coffee/orange juce in a small local coffee shop. Wonderful experience and great time. Highly recommend the services of BOTH Omar and Ibrahim!
Our guide was super friendly and helped us keep a good pace up to the summit. The mountain refuge was cozy and the local berber food was delicious . A challenging trek but the sunrise from the top made it Unforgettable We highly recommended this team and this trek
