We came to visit Cairo with three generations in the family. We were a bit worried about the problems of the usual tours - rushed and impersonal. However, this tour experience completely changed our impressions. The tour guide Mahmoud Badr is so friendly, knowledgeable, considerate and professional. His explanation is precisely and to the point, it was easy to digest and remember the information - even for our younger children and older parents. We were all happily discussing what we have learned from the tour when back in hotel. What also made him stand out among other tour guide was that as soon as he realised our parents couldn’t understand English and had poor mobility, he tried all his best to explain things to them in Chinese (Mandarin) and control the time in a friendly professional manner that none of us felt rushed or uncomfortable. We deeply appreciate what he had done for us to make it an unforgettable experience. We would also like to mention the excellent driver Abdo Al Rahman. He was very safe and quietly does his job while making sure we are all all OK in the private car (kept very clean throughout) and safe when getting in and out of the car.
