You'll also get round-trip hotel transport by luxury coach, plus food and drinks. Just take the two selected tours on different days. Changes to visit dates between high and low season will incur an additional payment on the day of your visit.

Xcaret boasts more than 40 activities, natural attractions and cultural shows, including a butterfly pavilion where native butterflies of the Yucatan Peninsula fly in their natural habitat, a coral reef aquarium, a henequen hacienda with its Museum of Popular Mexican Art and a seven-level Mexican cemetery with 365 tombs! Enjoy access to beaches, bays and natural pools with complimentary lounge chairs, hammocks, lifejackets and inner tubes. Swim or snorkel in the pristine waters of Xcaret underground rivers and stroll through the Tropical Jungle Trail. Marvel at the views from the Rotating Scenic Tower, visit the House of Whispers and see the Living Museum of Orchids. At the end of the day, dazzle your senses with a musical spectacle of light and color that takes you on a journey through the history of Mexico since pre-Columbian times. Your admission includes a buffet lunch with unlimited beverages (soft drinks, flavored waters and coffee) with your food.
Xel-Ha is Considered the world’s largest natural aquarium, the park offers snorkeling among hundreds of tropical fish and more than 90 marine species that inhabit the creek. Enjoy the best marine and land activities in Xel-Ha’s series of inlets, lagoons, sinkholes and caves, where seawater mixes with the fresh water of the world’s longest underground river system. Take advantage of educational programs such as the conservation of the endangered queen conch. Enjoy complimentary lifejackets, inner tubes and bicycles with access to lounge chairs, hammocks and rest areas. Slide down ziplines and splash into the crystal clear waters of a cenote or dive into a spectacular cove. Vsit Xel-Ha’s vegetation nursery, and marvel at the mangroves and rainforest dotted with orchids. See the apiary of the Melipona bee (with a traditional Mayan harvest of honey twice a year) and learn more about the Mayan culture. Your admission includes buffet-style breakfast, lunch and snacks (international and Mexican cuisine) with unlimited drinks and a domestic open bar.
At Xplor you will explore the dimensions of the adventure park and its natural beauty: Fly through the air and speed down ziplines ranging from 26 to 148 feet (8 to 45 meters) in height, then land in the crystal-clear waters of the cenotes where you can climb suspension bridges. Drive an all-terrain amphibious vehicle through jungle trails and fascinating caves where you’ll marvel at the extraordinary rock formations. Paddle a raft through underwater caves and discover fascinating grottos. Swim along the river between stalactites and stalagmites in this spectacular underground world. Trained staff are on hand to ensure your safety at all times, and all equipment (including lifejacket and helmet) are included.

-In case your accommodation is not a hotel you must indicate your exact address including street name, outside number, interior number, county, postal code and city. - To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thry the option on your reservation or must call us at least 24 hours prior to the visit date purchased. - We would like to make it comfortable for you so we will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes. - Let us know if you are not in need of transport. - We cannot assure your pickup at a hotel where you are not a guest considering that some hotel's policies, not allow visitors to access at the property. - The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will say the tour name out loud. - Upon your pickup, please present your printed or digital voucher and photo ID for boarding the bus to obtain a bracelet for entering into the park. - If by the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us. - You must be 15 minutes early at the assigned location. - Transportation service is not private so you will share the bus with some other visitors of Grupo Xcaret.

- Minimum age for Xplor is 5 years
- Zipline requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 lbs (40 kg); the maximum weight is 300 lbs (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width 25 inches (65 cm)

- The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and the Riviera Maya so it is necessary to contact to know the exact schedule of your pickup.
- Tours and days of operation are subject to availability and changes.
- Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
- Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge.
- Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time.
- If at the time of completing your purchase you do not have the name of the hotel, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us.
- Please confirm the exact time and meeting point using the message option in your Reservation or contacting Grupo Xcaret.
- All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.
- We accept changes in visit dates from one month to the next (valid until the current year and subject to changes in public tariffs). We accept changes of visit dates from one day to another with the restriction of one day before.
- The Mexican authorities responsible for protecting cultural sites respectfully request that visitors to Chichén Itzá Archaeological Zone consider refraining from consuming alcohol or taking drugs that could alter their behaviour.To assist in ensuring the safety and well-being of all, two checkpoints will be in place: one at the hotel pick-up and another before entering the site. In the event that a visitor is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, they will be politely asked to choose another day to visit Chichén Itzá, as long as they meet the conditions for visiting.

This is an amazing natural wonder! The waters are crystal clear, the fish swim right up to you and the river has a white sand bottom. The driving helmets are amazing! Worth every penny! No cheap but definitely worth it.

Visiting Chichén Itzá was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. Seeing the pyramids and ancient Mayan ruins in person was absolutely breathtaking. The history, architecture, and energy of the place are impossible to describe until you’re standing there yourself Xcaret was absolutely unforgettable! 🌴☀️ From the moment we arrived, everything felt magical. The park is incredibly beautiful, clean, and full of amazing experiences. The underground rivers were one of my favorite parts — so refreshing and unlike anything I’ve ever done before. The cultural shows at night were breathtaking and made me appreciate the history and traditions of Mexico even more.
