The Berlin Wall, a symbol of division and struggle, was erected in 1961 separating families, lives and an entire country. For 28 years, it represented the physical and political barrier between East and West in the midst of the Cold War. It was torn down in 1989, ushering in a new era of unity and hope. Today, its remains remind us of the importance of human freedom and resilience. 🕊️ During the tour you can see art embodied in the wall and in some points history and segments of the war and Hitler's influence on the Germans to incite war. Really very important this visit and bearing in mind that it is Free.
The Berlin Wall Tour was very interesting! You didn't even notice how the 2.5 hours passed. You can ask anything, experience something absolutely new, although you think everything is already conscious. The stories of the guide, who was born in East Berlin himself, were super exciting. Highly recommended!
Despite bad weather, we had a great tour and experienced and learned a lot. The reports from our management were also super detailed.
Thanks for the great tour. You do this very authentically and please continue to tell the young people how you personally came to your freedom (your escape)! Greetings from Lake Constance and nice Easter. Kurt & Sabine Hilbe
A very interesting guided tour along the northern part of the Berlin Wall between Bornholmer Straße and Nordbahnhof. The tour was really interesting and Katrin brought a lot of personal experiences in, so it was not just historical. An absolute recommendation for a trip to Berlin!
Highly recommended! It was a super interesting tour. We loved that we as a family did the tour alone with the guide. The information went over to us loosely, so that the children also kept a lot. Despite the rain throughout the tour, we enjoyed it a lot. Keep it up!
The tour was very interesting with lots of information and anecdotes. Ference was an excellent tour guide on a very short-haul tour. One point deduction, because the description "Tour ends where it started" is not correct, but must take the S-Bahn back to the start of the tour independently.
A really successful tour. The tour was short-tempered and informative. Our guide Ferenz gave us a very authentic share in his story. Thank you for that! Anytime again!
It was very interesting and although we already knew a lot about the history of the wall, we learned something more. Our guide Katrin told us many exciting stories. Highly recommended.
Our group had a very interesting tour by Katrin. A fun way to refreshed our history knowledge from school! :D
