Pickup Locations & Times
Your hotel pickup timing is 20 minutes prior to the flight time listed on your ticket. Please ensure you are waiting outside the front of your accommodation for your pickup. If you miss your pickup time, you will be deemed a no show and receive no refund or reschedule. Passengers at the Ayers Rock Resort Campground, your specific pickup point is from the small bus stop out the front, on the main ring road itself. Please look for a PHS branded vehicle.

Absolutely incredible experience! The helicopter flight over Ayers Rock was truly unforgettable. From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized — the pickup was smooth and right on time. Our guide was extremely friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire journey. The views were simply breathtaking — seeing Ayers Rock from above is something you cannot fully appreciate until you experience it yourself. The landscape, colors, and perspective were just stunning. The flight itself was smooth, relaxing, and beautifully scenic. Every moment felt special. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting — it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience and worth every second!

Do not leave Uluru without seeing it from above. This was simply one of the best experiences we had. Everything from hotel pick up to drop off was excellent. The pilot was great and talked us through everything we were seeing from above. A great was to finish our trip.
Well run with lovely pilots. Great way to see Uluru and surrounds. Would have loved to include Kata Tjuta but too expensive for family.
Seeing a different view of Uluru Helicopter pilot was very accomodating and knowledgeable. I climbed Ayers Rock 45 years ago and returning today brought tears to my eyes with respect
