Really well designed class. First some prep, then a tour of the local market, then back to the kitchen to cook and eat. Chef Salvo was great. Knowledgeable and encouraging every step of the way. Definitely worth the price.

This was a must-do as a family of 5 adults on our first trip to Palermo. We could have spent the whole day with Chef Salvo and we’d love to take another cooking class with him on our next visit. It was a great afternoon of learning to make authentic Sicilian dishes from scratch, including pasta alla Norma, busiate and rigatoni pasta, arancina, and cannoli. Chef Salvo was welcoming, engaging and funny! We had a blast!
