i rated this experience 1 out of 5, because I couldn't rate it any lower. We were told to meet at a certain location to redem our tickets; but no one was there at the specified time. When we called to the office they said they couldn't find my name on their system, which didn't make sense because there was a bending payment from their tour office.
Our guide was excellent. We learned a lot saw a lot, and she kept us on pace. We made it to the Sistine Chapel prior to any horrific crowds. We enjoyed our experience. We even got to see Pople in Saint Peter’s Basilica. It was quite an experience
Our guide was excellent. He explained everything very well, Paola was excellent. Many people for the season but excellent
We enjoyed the experience but it was hard to hear our guide. I think it was because of the ear piece that we were using which was given to us by the museum.
Great experience! Loved our tour guide Mona! We enjoyed the museums we visited. No cameras allowed in Sistine chapel!
Elaine was an extremely knowledgable and entertaining tour guide. She was very funny and was able to get us around quickly to all of the attractions. She told us great stories about the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel and all of the artwork. We highly recommend touring with her.
Our guide was very kind but difficult to understand at times. The insights she provided were amazing. The only downside was the enormous crowds.
This was incredible. We had Barbara as our guide. She made sure that we saw all of the highlights and fought for us to be at the front of all the main attractions. It didn’t feel too long or short.
This tour was incredible and our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and personable. It was well worth it to get early access to the museum and sistine chapel. When you exit the sistine chapel, you explore the St. Peters Basilica on your own, this part is unguided. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this tour to others.
Beware if you are older or have reduced mobility!! Our tour met on the opposite side of the walls where we needed to enter, so we had an extremely long walk! Our tour guide was almost jogging and everyone had trouble keeping up. We were left behind. We caught up at the entrance only to be told that we would have to split off from the group and do it ourselves since we had to take the elevator!! We had to rent our own audio guides to get any kind of a tour!! The only thing that paying for this tour got me was early entry without having to stand in line and a morning run!!! On our way out we met another couple that had been on the tour. They had no mobility issues and were young and healthy. They also complained that the guide was walking so fast that they couldn't keep up and they left the tour!!
