We had a wonderful day visiting the Giza Pyramids, and overall it was a great experience! Our guide, Adel, was absolutely fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time. He shared lots of fascinating information and took so many great photos for us, which we really appreciated. The camel and horse rides were a highlight, offering amazing views of the pyramids, and the included meal was delicious — it was lovely to try a local dish. However, I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 because there were a few issues with communication. We weren’t informed before booking that there would be an extra charge for pick-up from our apartment, and only found out after the cancellation period had ended. Also, there were no child-friendly food options, so unfortunately my children didn’t eat. Lastly, the itinerary mentioned a visit to the bazaar, which didn’t take place. Despite these points, it was still a lovely day and we don’t want to take away from Adel’s excellent guiding. With a bit better communication, this would have been a perfect experience.

He was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging — sharing fascinating stories and history that brought ancient Egypt to life for both the adults and the kids in our group. After exploring the breathtaking sites, we enjoyed a delicious authentic Egyptian lunch, full of flavor and culture. The day ended perfectly with a peaceful boat ride on the Nile, where we could relax and take in the stunning views. Adel went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt included, comfortable, and entertained. His passion for Egypt’s history and his warm personality made this one of the best tours we’ve ever done. Visiting the Giza Pyramids was an absolute dream come true, and having Mahmoud my tour guide made the experience even more unforgettable. From the moment I met him, his warmth, and professionalism. Mahmoud expertly guided us through the Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, pointing out details I would have easily missed on my own. He also helped me navigate the area smoothly, making sure I stayed comfortable and safe. I highly recommend exploring the Giza Pyramids with Mahmoud. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Egypt!

Where can i start !!! The trip an amazing one with Adel assistance on programming the trip for us made everything smooth and easy for us to enjoy he was our tour guide and translator not to forget he was helpful in everything else . I also got into a situation where i left my jewellery (wedding ring and bangles) at the screening in the airport after i left i communicated with him and he told me they found them i was so happy .
