A very disappointing experience, marked by a clear lack of empathy and professionalism. I booked this tour as a surprise during my honeymoon. Just a few hours after making the reservation, I was contacted and informed that they could not honor the confirmed 8:00 PM schedule and asked me to change it to 6:00 PM. I explained that I already had another tour ending at that time, so the only alternative offered was to start 15 minutes later. That was clearly not enough time to travel from one location to another. While on my way, I informed them that I was running slightly late, and I was told that if I did not arrive by 7:00 PM, the tour would be canceled. Despite that, I arrived before 7:00 PM, only to be told that the driver had already left. The schedule change was initiated by the company, yet there was no flexibility or consideration for the inconvenience caused. This was especially frustrating because it happened during such a special occasion—my honeymoon. I would not recommend this experience.
Sa and Massimo were amazing drivers and tour guides! We had the best time viewing the city and learning about the history! I would do this tour again!
The ride is very bumpy, due to cobbled streets, so if this could harm health issues be aware. It is THE BEST way to see the sights and very Roman!
Shocking to say the least, be warned, this was a surprise anniversary present. we arrived early at the described destination. One red bike turned up so I was buzzing. Another couple were waiting with us. Spoke to the rider who said he was just waiting for another bike. 1/2 hour passed he then got on the bike and rode off. We contacted the operator who told us were weren't there. Funny that I pics to prove I was. He said wait till 12.30 and he rider will be back. NO SHOW. We waited over 2 hours in all .I still have not had a refund

I booked this ‘tour’ for my husbands 40th birthday. It was an utterly useless waste of our time. We arrived at the meeting point at 11:25, and by 11:30 I phoned the call centre to ask how to identify the driver as there was a big event on near the spot, I was told “we do these tours all the time, we’ll find you” but after several phone calls - most of which were unanswered or I was hung up on, we eventually met our driver - he was not interested at all in seeking us out. The tour already started 30 minutes late. We then had to walk to a garage for the sidecar and were told “I don’t speak english”. I specifically asked to be taken to a particular spot at The Colosseum, and this was missed. The tour guide spoke very limited English and barely gave any explanations throughout the tour, it was so depressing. “This is the river, this is the hospital”. When we arrived somewhere he would shrug and say “see you in 10-15 mins”, no explanation, it was so awkward. Not once did he offer to take a photo of us. We also got dropped off on main road, very unsafe - basically abandoned. I’d never recommend these people. It felt like a scam. Don’t waste your time.

We were really looking forward to this event and it was even better than we had imagined. Our three hosts Petro, Ernesto and Massimo were friendly and knowledgeable. We had a really great time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this experience to others.
Excellent tour. One passenger in the sidecar and one in the back of the driver. Fun and we stopped at all of the top tourist sites in Rome.
Matt was our tour guy today, and honestly was such a great guide. Gave us a lot of time to be able to look around and not feel rushed. Honestly such a great experience!
Was fun and unique experience only issue was meeting point wasn’t very specific. I had to contact tour operator to check where exactly we needed to be.
Our tour did not happen! The driver arrived just as a storm hit Rome, there was torrential rain, so we took shelter for 40 mins. The driver telephoned the company as the rain was forecasted to last another 2 hours and he advised me to also telephone and that the tour would be rescheduled. I telephoned the company straight away and was told NO they would not reschedule. Meanwhile the driver Peadro had already driven off away from us in the torrential rain. I am £106 out of pocket. I did not ask for a refund, simply wanted to move to a different time slot.

Light or moderate rain does not prevent the experience from taking place, as our vehicles are equipped and our drivers are trained to operate safely in these situations. On the day of your booking, the weather conditions did not reach a level that would require cancellation of the service. For this reason, the tour remained scheduled according to the booking conditions. Regarding rescheduling, requests to change the time of the experience depend on vehicle availability and operational scheduling. During peak periods it is often not possible to move a reservation to another time slot on the same day once the tour has already started. We regret that the weather made the beginning of the experience uncomfortable, but we must clarify that the service was available and operating according to the planned schedule.
